  I have rented car from several different car rental companies, and Budget has been the best experience I have ever had. Everyone from the Front Desk attendant to the gentleman that escorted me to the rental car to the check-out and return attendants were extremely friendly and provided exceptional customer service. I will definitely use Budget as the main company I rent from now on.

  Given the current pandemic, I wasn't expecting a quick "in-and-out" experience. However, the staff was very nice and quick to get me into my rental. The car was flawless. Great smell. Super clean. We will be back!

  I've rented cars from Budget before and never had a problem with them. This time it was the same quick easy process as before. Ms. Shelly got me in and out quickly. When I returned the car that Tuesday she did the same in and out. I will most definitely be a returning customer.

  I'm not sure what all the negative reviews were about. This was honestly the best car rental experience I've ever had. From the low price to the modern car, to checkout and return, it was smooth as butter. 10am on a Saturday nobody in line. I will definitely be renting from Budget again!

  Very satisfied with Budget at Dubai Airport. Got an awesome car. Price was reasonable. No hidden fees. Great service. Staff was efficient and friendly. Fast to pick up and return. Perfect location. Had been disappointed by other companies, so this experience was a blessing!
