It took me 45 minutes to get the car from the time I arrived and I was the only customer. They charged me more than what they quoted me earlier on the phone and they wanted it upfront and in cash. The car had lots of dents and dings. It is very close to where I live and convenient for me to use this place but I won't be going back.
