Very good and luxury hotel. Rooms are like separate houses, this make the living very comfortable. Clean and tidy rooms, great service, there are valets here. Hotel staff is very friendly and always ready to help. Gardeners keep the grass and bushes in order.

Lovely hotel. Clean rooms and right on the beach. We eat in the bar on the beach every night as the food and staff there were fantastic. Can’t fault the hotel at all. We went for a week which was enough as there’s not much to do once outside the hotel. But perfect for a lazy week sat by the pool or on the beach.

The hotel is overall good and I liked very much the style even if for the rooms is needed some refurbishment. There are available family rooms which is positive. Nice swimming and huge pool and good choice at the restaurant (possible All Inclusive package).

The hotel is clean with a nice view over the mountain. The pool is also super nice. Their staff is really really friendly and helpful. I just mentioned that we are celebrating a birthday in the comments while booking and they served us a complementary massive birthday cake (it was a tasty one!). We had an awesome time and I would definitely recommend it.

We went for a corporate drinks and dinner. 1 guy drink more and started an argument on partially correct point. Than he started raising voice and manager was called. The manager tried to calm him down but the person didn't . Later the manager said something wrong I.e. EITHER YOU CALM HIM DOWN OR I WILL HAVE TO SEND HIM OUT.
Although the problem was from my colleague but he wasn't entirely wrong and the words of this inhospitality is not expected from a 5 star hotel. A nice word would have been: YOU ARE REQUESTED TO CALM HIM DOWN OR I WILL HAVE TO REQUEST HIM TO LEAVE.response / report this review -

Very nice maroccan style resort hotel. Cool animation. 90 minutes drive from Dubai Airport. This area is very quiet. I tried the buffet only, is very ordinary, nothing special. But all staff super friendly.

This is a place only for Russian tourists. Most of the staff speaks Russian even if you start speaking English with them. There is no evening entertainments as it is advertised, just one belly dance and a singer on the terrace with 5 Russian songs per evening. Moreover the meals are poor, the same food every day, no seafood or fish for exapmle. This hotel is isolated from other places, around it there is a small supermarket and a mosque. If you want to eat out it is impossible, as the nearest restaurant is at least 40 km away. On the other hand this place has a perfect ocean beach and view.

We enjoyed 11 very relaxing days in Al Aqah. Great service, very nice people, and very good food.
Yes, there were a lot of east-european customers, but we didn't care as they were not annoying, loud, or anything.

The most mesmerizing place you ever want to be in Dubai. The breathtaking sun rise coming out of ocean and sunset behind the mountain peaks makes the place just awesome and magical

It is amazing. You need to spend two days at least in this resort! There are open pools, and some for kids too, in addition to Sauna, Jakuzzi and a swimming pool for ladies (inside, but sunny).

It was very nice. We stayed two nights and we had no issues with our accommodations. I would recommend this hotel to people I know. The Arabic theme is rich and vibrant.

the hotel is placed at the beach with many restaurants option, anyone can find one on his taste. The staff is friendly and they really care about your comfort. I highly recommend this hotel.

My stay here was wonderful. It all started with an incredible smile from Sunday when I drove in. The complex is quite well manicured and maintained. The animation team was very engaging and a lot of fun.

Great Resort better than the Meridian. I stayed there last time and it was too commercial.
This place is a true resort feel and great. Nice rooms and facilities are amazing.
Love the Spa setup and indoor pool too.
I recommend to all.

Stayed there last July with the kids. Loved the view and location. Beach and swimming pool. Very nice lobby, and service. Buffet breakfast offers good variety of food. The kids club/area is a big plus. Staff are great. Would love to go back.
