I book from Expedia when I arrive and ask for my booking they say we are sold out after I said will call Expedia they give me room and coffee machine it's dirty and old.

I’m chilling at the Millennium Hotel. Mr Hani was the best. He was a great help, he was always there when I needed and it was awesome. Thank you for the great hospitality. This is my new go to place.

Bathroom was not very clean, with water marks everywhere, but need was comfortable. Joe's bar downstairs was nice and had a good happy hour. Good hotel for the price

Communication is not clear from the hotel . They hv connected mall and noone informed us . On the other side you will get only arabic channels while switching on the tv and USB doesn't work.

5 star hotel?
For what the fancy remote control in each room?
I Booked for a group of film makers
Ordered breakfast boxes to be delivered to our rooms at 5am as we had to leave very early in the morning.
The breakfast boxes were never delivered.

I was having a shower and suddenly the warm water became very hot. Ouch. No cold water and I had soap all over me. Waited for few minutes and cold water came back.

I was making an internal phone call and the telephone stopped working. It didn't just get disconnected. it stopped working all together.

What else? Oh, the valet got me the wrong car 😂

This place is falling apart.

Also, they never answer the phone.
