  Worst agency ever! The agents are mostly fraud and and have no basic etiquette in dealing with people! What a disappointment!!
  I totally do not recommend dealing with this company, especially Shahzad.
  
  Reply to the “Owner’s” response:
  
  I’m not sure what you mean by “your profession”… It sounds like poor English. I’ll just assume it’s your second language.
  
  Tell your agents to do their work by getting their data from the developers, instead of wasting the time of other agencies by posing as clients and then trying to make inappropriate advances on our lady agents.
  
  Yet judging by your response, the inappropriate behavior of your agents doesn’t seem all that surprising.
  
  Regardless, if you are unable to properly manage your team and have them conduct themselves in a professional manner, it’s not our responsibility to teach you how to do it.

  I am absolutely disappointed with the work of this real estate agency. From the beginning to the end of the cooperation process, I experienced only negative emotions. Communication with the agent turned out to be a real problem. He rarely answered my calls and messages, and when he already answered, it was late and without proper clarity. I constantly felt neglected and undervalued by the client. As a result, after much suffering and endless disappointments, I decided to end this collaboration. I do not recommend anyone to work with this real estate agency if you value your time, money and nerves. It was a terrible experience that I would like to avoid in the future.

  Viewed an apartment as a walk in from the street, and needed to contact an agent, however the specific unit I viewed wasn’t online. Within 12 hours of contacting Shah Hassan via Bayut I was in the landlord’s office with everything signed and sealed. Easy process! Hats off to Shah Hassan!👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼

  I was lucky enough to work with zaheer from this agency recently. Really professional and straightforward didn't lied to me like many other agent just to sell the property to have there share and then ghost you.
