  I had the pleasure of working with a Zahra from excell properties recently and I must say that she was exceptional. From start to finish, she was thorough,
  knowledgeable, and professional. She took the time to understand my needs and preferences, and provided me with a range of options that met those needs.
  What really stood out for me was her attentiveness. She was always available to answer my questions and address any concerns that came up throughout the process. Her expertise and experience really shone through as she helped me navigate the complex world of real estate.
  She was always friendly and approachable, which made the whole experience a lot less stressful. I felt that she genuinely cared about my satisfaction and was dedicated to finding the right property for me, i would highly recommend this Zahra to anyone looking for a dedicated and knowledgeable professional to guide to by your dream home.

  So I was a new investor in Dubai and came across Miss. Shehnaz from Excel Properties while looking for a good investment opportunity! She showed me not many but just a few and clearly mentioned that these are going to be fruitful investments in the future, basically she didn’t brag about every project like how other agencies does but showed me the best ones and I invested in one of them, a year later the property, the entire project took a complete surge and it’s now one of the most profitable investments I have ever done. I would a 100% recommend Excel properties especially look for Miss Shehnaz for better deals and appreciating investments.

  We were new buyers of property in Dubai, and contacted Shehnaz Zahra through Bayut. Without any former recommendation, we were not sure what to expect, but were pleasantly surprised to say the least. She was thoroughly professional, approachable, proactive and always quick to respond. She provided her industry insights and experience each time to our specific requirements. The whole process of buying a property can be daunting but with Zahra by our side, we felt very relaxed and knew we were in safe hands. Glad to have met her and would definitely recommend her to anyone looking to buy/rent property in Dubai.
