The overall experience wasn’t very positive unfortunately due to the housekeeping service. The first day when we checked in, we didn’t find any towels in the room nor bathroom amenities, such as basic soap! In fact, the second day, the room wasn’t even cleaned until 6 o’clock in afternoon when we came back from the beach (keeping in mind that we left the hotel around 10am). Then, we had to go down to the reception to wait wearing our wet beach attire…
However, we enjoyed the service at the restaurant, the staff was very kind.

It was a fantastic stay, me and my husband had a great time. Room was spacious and we had given a wonderful view, staff are accommodating and one of the best breakfast. Our favorite waffles and omelette of course. Hotel is nearby to the shopping malls which is an advantage for us. And we also enjoyed walking around the hotel premises in their corniche area while watching the sunset. We will definitely come back again.

Hats off to Ms Lorry and her Team at front desk.
They made my stay wonderful.
Not only the service in the hotel is good but they care for you and you feel you are at home.
Any requests are completed in minutes and they make sure that no errors are left.
Amazing breakfast restaurant team very helpful

The hotel is well managed and maintained. The personnel is very professional and hard working. The food is very good and diversified. During the long weekend of National Day, on Saturday, the dinner was a buffet at the pool. Yesterday, in the lobby, Christmas Tree Lighting event was organized, with a choral music - Christmas songs. I have a very pleasant stay. By chance, I will enjoy it another 2weeks.

Stayed 4 nights and the service was great. Great front desk staff, good food and the house keeping staff did a great job. The rooms were clean, stocked and if needing anything they responded quickly. Will stay again next time I am in town.

I would like to acknowledge some staff. Shane in the restaurant and at the front desk both Nader and Mosap. All 3 went above and beyond to make out stay excellent.
