Worse experience of my life,we reach at 2pm and rooms were not ready then we go out and cameback at 8pm and the room was still not ready then somehow they manage to accommodate us in an apartment room but there were nothing to get excited about it was so pathetic, no standard of cleanliness bugs and mosqitous were there to welcome, no fridge, no kettle, totaly unorganized
Most of all when we went to the reception to check out the other morning we were again surprised to know that the room was under some other persons name what else to say they made our day very worse. over all pathetic experience 😡

Our hotel direct reservation didn't booked properly. Receptionist staff needs proper training for they dont know to properly handle the customers; they failed even the basic hospitality treatment in their position. The room they gave us is suppose to be a non-smoking room, but you can smell the stink of the tar & leftover of the cigarettes in the window seal. There is no provision for toddler swimmingpool. The rest of hotel staff were nice. Buffet breakfast was continental simple.

Well maintained hotel and staff with courtesy.
    Parking easily available.
Front desk could be little more interactive.
Kept us waiting for long time.

Good Business Hotel and also good for some family fun.Has a Thai spa..a bar and a nightclub. Also has a good swimming pool with a reasonably good offering for breakfast. It is surrounded by an area which is being rapidly developed and a bit Industrial but it still offers some good mountain and desert views. Overall a satisfactory hotel with the biggest selling point being the affordability.

Very good hotel in a great location near to mohammad in zaid rode.
Not so far from the beach, you can go any time to the resort where you can enjoy a nice day of relaxing and swimming in the pool or at the beach.
After a full day of activities you can enjoy a nice evening at the resort restaurant where you can have a great meal with drinks.
And if you have any stress you can have a great massage therapy at the same location.

Nice and quiet, friendly and helpful staff with a very reasonable room prices, being far from the city puts it away from the rush and crowded parking.

Nice rooms. I had issues with laundry(they spoiled my dress😤). In the restaurant not all waiters speak English. It was a bit disappointing. To reach the sea you need to go by bus 5-7 minutes (Free bus by hotel)

A terrible hotel they simply do not known what a 4 star hotel should be liketerrible rooms, no carpet, old and the most uncomfortable furniture I have ever seen in my life, we couldn't even sit on the coaches as they were so narrow. While booking we clearly told them that we were 3 adult, 2 children and a baby. We were told that 'junior suit' will be perfect for us. Turned up at the hotel and couldn't believe our eyes, tiny room. No extra beds,
we had to go and talk to the receptionist who upgraded us to their biggest room they have. We went there, what a terrible surprise. No carpet, only one double bed, well actually two single beds put together to make a double bed. An extra bed was put in the living room. it was more like a trampoline.old and yacky
requested a cot for my baby and it was even worse than anything elsei wish I had taken photos to share here
please please you guys need to at least upgrade your furnitureyou charge your guests money but for what???
guests! do not waste your money staying at this hotel. Iam sure you can find a better hotel than this in RAK. This hotel is not worth a penny

Neat clean very nice hotel but terrible internet. Front-desk is hard to be accessed particularly at night. Have tried calling front desk countless times then have to walk down to get their attention.
