Nice hotel. But the house keeping is soo slow. Even at 6 pm no one made up the room. Had to call them several times. Same happened both days. They should increase number of staff specially house keeping and cleaning.

Luxurious 5* hotel & resort. Delicious food and beautiful private beach with a wonderful view.

Totally disappointed , I expected a very special time but since we arrived i shocked when i saw the crowded lobby, we waited long time for check in and the stuff not enough for the number of guests. The room is nice but not clean enough and the furniture is old. Swimming pool is too small and the beach is far from the hotel. No one picked up the phone when i called the restuarant and room service. Wifi is slow. Tomorrow i'll see the breakfast and beach and i'll write about my exerience but honestly it should be 3 stars hotel i can't feel the luxury of 5 stars hotels.

I don't recommend this hotel at all, very bad service , took us a lot of time. for check in, not helpful at all , the rooms smells and the bed stickiness, the pool is very hot , the valet park take more than 15-20 min just to bring the car, they don't use air fresh in the rooms and corridor, its my first time to go to a 5-stars hotel that the electricity cut off, and the reception almost never pick up the phone, it was the worst experience i ever had. In my opinion it deserve 1 star.

I don't recommend this hotel in anyway, there is no hospitality, as we took 45 minutes to check in. The rooms are small, not cleaned and I found a lock of hair in the bathtub!!! The room service is the baddest and the staff is not helpful. it's under expectation and if I could i would rate the hotel with 0 star. The worst experience i had and would ever had
