Is a good place, spacious rooms and very comfortable. Is very Close to the metro station. Recommended for families.

Very good hotel with beautiful rooms. The staff is very kindly and very careful for your needs. I stay in this hotel for some days and I suggest this for an economic and beautiful experience in Dubai. The hotel provide a Transfer airport service with a payment of about 50 euros.

Elegant, business class Hotel. Beautifully furnished. Great part of town, near the Mall of the Emirates.
Bed: modified pillowtop. A little hard, but not bad.
Fine Fitness Center, open to guests at no charge.
Lobby is noisy at night, with music from their bar; Not quite the ambience one would think the hotel would wish to create. Also, no business center a definite minus for a Hotel of this quality.

Booked this hotel for 3 nights, ended up with 12 hours of hell. Room was very cold & damp to the point where the bed sheets were damp too. Everywhere was covered in mold. Toilet seat was filthy, broken & loose. We were on the 4th floor, the window was locked shut & they would not unlock it. Our view was the side of another building about 5m away from our window. There was no duty manager on the premises at any time during our stay, and after numerous calls to the agent & reception we eventually cancelled our booking & went to a real hotel. This is more like a 2* hotel. The food was the sort of stuff you would get free in a casino so does not warrant paying for full or half board. Am am baffled how they have an 8.2 score on Agoda. I can only put this down to fake reviews.

Great place to stay in Dubai. Hotel staffs voluntarily upgrade room when available. Friendly and helpful staff enjoy sharing with guests their experiences in Dubai.

Absolutely a bad hotel from a four star hotel you would expect more. On arrival they only supply two water bottles and do not inform you that you will be receiving anymore throughout your stay. Irons leak and constantly need replacing. AC packs up during the middle of the night and heating goes on high. Water from shower changes from to hot to cold and cold to hot. The room cleaning you have to notify them to clean it they do not just do it themselves. Also they lie about calling your room and cannot show you evidence. The Wifi connection is appalling we are in 2018 not 1998. The lifts are extremely slow your better off walking upstairs.
The manager is never around to discuss complaints. This hotel does not respect its customers I would highly advise staying well clear of the hotel. your better of staying somewhere else. Oh btw there customer service is so brilliant when you just about to check out a team of individuals will run through your room and open everything in front of you like you stole something from the room.
This is definitely not a 4 star hotel please do not be fooled. Stay well clear do not take this review lightly.response / report this review -

I really enjoyed the stay there, hotel is very pleasant and clean. Service was also good. Only which annoyed me and soured the stay was that on checking out I informed them I accidentally broke one glass, (budget glass, nothing fancy) and they charged me 25 dirhams which is okay I guess they have their set fees for replacement. However they accused me of opening a spirit bottle from the mini bar. I never touched anything in the mini bar. When examining the bottle it had been opened and he contents appeared to be replaced with water. I told them honestly it was not me. But they charged me 65 dirhams nevertheless. Maybe my responsibility to check such things in the beginning, just never experienced this before.

Good location with 10 mins walk to Mall of the Emirates, plenty of restaurants and supermarkets adjacent to the hotel.

A very good place to live in Dubai. The service is excellent. Room service is very good. The hotel is situated very central to a lot of things. Price is very good compared to the very nice rooms, large and very nice. One of the big malls is in walking distance, the one with a icerink. You will be satisfied in staying at this hotel on your visit.

Bad night supervisor on duty on this day dec 21 2017 9pm. Very premature to do duty of a supervisory position. At first he said (small guy) we can add another bed for third person in the room my wife booked for 100aed. He even said supposed it is 150aed but he will give for us 100aed. Few minutes later, he just told us that its that allowed becuase my national ID doesnt match the last name. The other hotel staff to stay seat for awhile to wait what they can do after 30minutes of waiting, they just pass our concern to the another hotel staff. Very bad hotel service. Now i only have 1hour to catch up my bus going back home in al ain city. They should have told us in the very beginning that its not allowed. Rather than letting us wait for nothing. They are very inconsistent. Whats this 100aed and not 150aed?? Corruption, for supervisor's direct pocket? People, dont be fooled by other people good comment. It was a hell night. Even the guest ahead infront of us is having problem,the guest have to cancel his booking in this hotel for stupid reasons of this supervisor on duty. Hope the management of this hotel will see through this issues and improve customers service and satisfaction.

Good for pet friendly but we had so many complications staying there, second night they stoped me and said I was not allowed in the room even though I had checked in the day before, they demanded my documents very rudely, after giving them and once they worked out what went wrong in there process they again rudely gave my documents back without sorry or even a goodnight as they kept me awake while they sorted out there problems. Third evening my wife called reception asking if it's ok to have a third person sleep in the room, they said NO. I checked online on there rules which said in the room we were in we could and even had the price, I went down to ask them why and the night manager said of course we do and asked who did we speak to on the phone? We all knew it was him as there was no one else there and my wife recognized the accent and after staying a week we knew most of the reception staff. Last comment is we were also getting bites from something in the room, I don't think mosquitos but proberly flees but it is pet friendly.

Super personnel and the most important thing is that both my dogs had an excellent relocation thanks to this hotel that allows dogs in its first floor without any restrictions or complaints. Thanks Donatello for making pet lovers welcomed in Dubai!

Super noisy sports bar. Cleaning of the room was never properly done! Asked for a wake up call but that never happened service is slow and horrible!!!
