  Yesterday , before I go there, checked the reviews for this place and mostly was bad. ☹️
  So my expectations was a bit lower .. , I thought they will not solve my issue 😁 but I was wrong infact .. they helped me alot with the issue. So . I'm happy by their service that they provided me & special thanks to that man who assist me so well.
  These 5 🌟🌟 🌟🌟🌟 belongs to him . &

  3 receptions in the office the lady on the phone call from past 30 minutes the dude on counter 2 said he can’t help in the situation and third person walked out for whatever reason like is there a time concept or respect for others time. And the same situation with the help line they are ridiculous.

  I know there aren't many good reviews about the customer service, so I just want to say that there is hope - I went to HSBC MoE because my card was stuck and I couldn't withdraw money. They fixed it and I was relieved. It's a really tiny office but I didn't wait for long and they actually solved my issue.

  I went there at 16:00 today but they said they can't cash my cheque. I don't know why they mention working hours 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM.

  ATM is often not working for deposits and has withheld my card before, seems like no maintenance is ever done.

  Only one counter is working. Average waiting time 20-30 minutes per customer. I waited for more than an hour.

  It’s not a branch. Without teller service and 3 guys with 3 desk. You have to take token then they will tell you sir we are here for gossips etc, we don’t have teller service here.
