The worst ADIB Branch. Taller taking long time 40 min and always no cash money. Don't waste your time and go to another branch.
I’m putting one star because the option of ZERO is not there and they very much deserve that ZERO.
Very negative experience, the customer service agent didn’t know what He was selling and he was the furthest from being customer service aware and the branch manager left early that day.
Imagine when you tell the person that you will go to deal with another bank and he responds that you were free to do what you want!!!

I waited an hour to register complaint about my lost cheque.
The star is for opening it till 10pm .Worst service among all Adib branches . Papers get lost more than once , Delay in procedures no follow up , You need to wait for half and hour or hour for ur turn night or morning time and very cold staff .
I’ve been to this branch several times and the staff are helpful, the service quick and efficient, and very little waiting time.
One of the worst customer service experience..... Will move the bank as soon as the car loan is over... pathetic customer service - physically and over the phone....
Absolute no sense of customer service. For a very small transaction they take more than half and hour and still do not have the correct solution. They seriously need to rethink on how they serve there customers. Employees sitting for customer service are happily chit chatting rather than serving customers. And the best part is they are showcasing that they have been awarded the best Islamic bank for customer service in 2016!!!
I opened an account and had issue with wrong mobile number in the system. Ahmed Ibrahim was very helpful and stayed behind after his shift was over to solve the issue. He even followed up the next day to confirm it was done.

Today i went for Some Withdrawal & Deposit
I informed the teller I want withdraw 32000 & Deposit 31000 Back the she questioned me then why you want to withdraw ?? Why should I explain this things to them its my company things ....then they start to laugh against me its really a insult....
This is not the first time ...I just go through all the reviews most of the customers are complained against the customer Service and there is no change or improvement in the customer service still....
Poor customer service.. Ladies sitting in the counter doesn't know how to deal with their customers.. Rather than serving they are insulting their customers.. They thinks only they knows Arabic language.. And adib paying them for these kinda bullsh^^t service.. Pathetic customer service once again from them.. (10th may 2017 around 4 pm)
Poor and unprofessional service, always crowded and takes a long time for them to entertain you. Besides, the customer service staff is extremely laid back and have no sense of urgency or interest in serving you
Amazing service by Mr. Rami Ali, very dedicated and helpful person. Opened my savings account in very professional manner in almost no time. Thank you Ali!
1 star for being open till 10pm which is great for customers.
2 stars for friendly staff and service.
What is not good is waiting 40 minutes to be served when bank is almost empty. 3 cashier tellers available with only 1 operating, hence being made to wait extra long.
