Nice ambient place. Good for families who are coming for vacations. The location is strategically placed near Mall of Emirates.
The prices are also good as they have promotions every now and then. Keep it up.response / report this review -

Stayed in Feb as a tourist for 6 days in an one bedroom apartment, reception area is small but fast check-in -check outs, ample parking space for guest cars inside the property . old building but neatly maintained, apartment had a living room with nice sofa,tv n other sitting arrangements + a full fledged kitchen with fridge and washing machine + a bedroom with king size bed with attached washrooms 2nos for both rooms. Located behind mall of emirates , 500meters walking distance to Metro Station which makes it a best selection if want to stay in albarsha area near a Ⓜ . An affordable stay within metro area

Quite simply put - Awful customer service!! I tried to arrange a simple viewing of a 1 bedroom property before making a reservation as I have a toddler with me. Wanted a 1 month booking hence this request. Despite ringing up nearly every day for over 1 week, the staff could not arrange a time or date to enable me to make a viewing for 2 minutes before booking. Absolutely shocking! The staff on the telephone were not bothered to help me or to assist me in any way. They kept saying, if you come we shall see if an apartment is free to view. I said, I live 45 minutes away and cannot just turn up without being assured of a viewing.
I asked 6 other hotels in the same area - all were so helpful and arranged a viewing for me within 24 hours.
I am sorry to say -La Villa Najd is the worst hotel in Dubai I have experienced. I am a world wide traveller and never in my life I have experienced this poor customer service. Even the manager was justifying his staff's behaviour to me. A complete shambles! I would not stay here even if it was given free to me now. I hope the owners take note and re-train the staff on customer service or else many more people will be frustrated like me.response / report this review -

Kind of old rooms , not a good value of money , can have better place for the same range of payment the only advantage is the location very close to MOE

An old place, but is kept alive by maintainance. Spacious rooms, and a well equipped kitchen (even has a washing machine). Has a little gym and a rooftop swimming pool. Then let's not forget the very convenient location, only a walking distance from Emirates Mall. All of those things made this place a good choice for a family with children.
