Tried a couple of their sandwiches and found them pretty good. Philly steak is really good. Coffee is also on par. My favorite is, however, the cake section. Their triple chocolate is amazing. Must try. Prices are reasonable and the ambiance is great.

At the register they asked for more money than the food cost (if i didnt notice i would pay 6 more AED for no reason) It happened to me and my mom twice in different branches. dont order sandwiches (soggy, too much bread, the bread is sweet) or soups (flour mixed with water and a little bit of mushroom) not worth it’s money!

I’m buying cake from the French bakery for my son’s birthday from 13 years ago. Always excellent!

It became very bad ..the ac was not workingsitting arangment is not nice..not clean..alwys out of stock ..the staffs doesnt know how to use certain offers they give in apps..not happy at all

Never did i expect a very bad approach! I was asking for the menu so i could choose what to eat, and the black guy waiter said ARE YOU GONNA EAT HERE?! I said yes,he replied to me "ARE YOU SURE" i was shocked,his attitude towards me is very bad and horrible,, sarcastic at a very inappropriate time.. they have a nice food but as a customer,respect comes before anything else..

Just had a French Bakery club sandwich, it turned out to come in 3 pieces so the ingredients were actually divided into 3 separate sandwiches, no taste whatsoever.
I thought that will get better with the Pecan cake, but that did not happen.

Another early brand made in the country that is franchising from the original branch. Value wise I don't think you can get more value for your 💸💰 money than here. You can get a hearty 🍳 breakfast or lunch that's really satisfies for a small amount of money.

I came for breakfast in the branch next to jumeirah beach hotel next to Aswan supermarket on Tuesday and wanted to order the English breakfast, I don't eat turkey so I asked the waiter to replace the turkey bacon with anything else like vegetables which is cheaper than the turkey and I always do it with the same dish in other big name cafes but they refused and even the supervisor did not seem experienced enough to satisfy my need as a customer and all she can do is to cancel the turkey and charge me more for the vegetables. Honestly, if I was alone I would have immediately left the place with such an inexperienced stuff. We are in a very competitive place where all the restaurants know how to satisfy the customer and welcome them. Such a small mistake that left a bad experience on me. And to be honest the dish size is very small. Good luck in improving.
