the key which I got from driver was damaged earlier. which i was not aware. someone sticked the key cap by glue and it was without any effort the cap was opening by itself.(pictures attached fyi)
on 28th aug i took car from sharjah airport I got the started (turned on) car by driver in morning. I just drive it to my office and parked it in parking area and in evening when I entered parking area I removed the car key from my pocket during that time I noticed the key cap came opened I thought it is just a normal key, and put it back cap and tried to start car but it didn't start at all then immediately I called for help. I was not aware of any chip inside the car key untill alquoz replacement driver tells me. and that ediot was not giving car untill i sign those papers saying it is my mistake. then I wrote down in that papers it is not my mistake and signed because its almost 10.30 I need to return to home.
pictures show clearly the screw remains in key by dried glue and key cap doesn't have any positive locking. Any how they can check key by themself physicaly how easily the keycap opens from key. The same thing I told.
but these people were very harsh/rude and they told they cant do any help and charged me back with 650 dhs for chip missing.
that too they don't have any decision making people giving different number of names/ph numbers and even they were fighting between themselves saying different branch has charged we don't want to do with that very irresponsible personsresponse / report this review -

Giving old bad condition cars. while pickup they won't check properly while dropping they will check pin to pin and tried to charge customer s. Cheating people don't go to them. And there service is too bad.
