Firstly we have moved to Al Ain from Dubai

Never knew they had a IKEA store in Al Ain
I went to ACE hardware and discovered this place

So I went in to get a feel of the place
A far cry from the Dubai IKEA but the store is here - woo hoo

They are stocked with the bare essentials and that is good enough for me

The best of all is they have ice creme on cone available here - that is one thing we thought we would miss here in Al Ain
Now we have an excuse to come back there again

The staff were courteous and helpful

Ikea in al ain.. a mini ikea.. but can order any items online from abudhabi store and collect it from this point..

Expensive and customer service is not at all good. Needs some friendly staff. Parking is ample. Good quality of items and in abundance.

Very bad service.. we were trying to order products but no one helped us we waited for the employee to come for almost 15 minutes.. he finally came and did not pay attention.. so we just left.. very rude

It can be a little drawn out here. You have a look around or flick through the catalogues or tablets then you write down all the codes for the things you want then you have to go and find a member of staff who types your list up so you can give it to the woman at the till, would be easier if you could just order from the first staff member you see rather than having to queue twice.

no one picks up the phone.
since orders are done there and the customer has to wait for 2 days. Why don't you make the delivery and pick up fees (ZERO) when ordering online.. as the customer instead of driving for 25 mins to make order then drive again to pick it up.
Make the order online and let customers pick the ordered stuff from that store. It is NOT logical to have an order for 133 AED and the delivery charges are 300 AED !!!
