Skipped the dune bashing due to people concerned with their health, but the camp visit was thoroughly enjoyable.
Loved the experience and how accommodating they were as well! I called and booked a sunrise desert safari at 9pm for 4:30am the next day. They accommodated everything and Abdul Aziz (our driver) picked us up from the hotel, took us to awesome pre-dawn dune bashing, after which we saw the sunrise, then even more dune bashing, then an amazing breakfast, camel rides and quad biking, and then dropped us off. Wonderful experience, do not miss this if you come to Dubai or Abu Dhabi!
Perfect from pick up to drop off and everything in between.
Our driver Aziz Abdul was informative, played great music and is a really good sand dune driver. He made the whole experience wonderful and one to remember.
The tour inclusions were excellent and overall, was really well organised.
The camp barbecue tasted fantastic and the entertainment was really interesting.
A perfect and safe way to see a part of the world that many dream of.
We did the trip today and were lucky to get Aziz as the tour guide. The experience itself was just phenomenal and memorable but Aziz made it even more special. Would strongly recommend the service. We booked it through a 3rd party service and learned that you can save if you call them and book directly.
We did the Safari thing with Extreme Arabia. It was alright. They say on the website it’s a 6 hours activity however this also includes transportation back and forth PLUS picking up different people in the ride with you (if u choose to do the group rate) and dropping them back. The Dune Bashing was fun and the stop for some photos during sunset as well. The camp was underwhelming ; some sand skateboarding and camel riding before dinner was served , which btw was cold and below average. Henna tattoo and Hookah were not available because of COVID. A tanoura show and belly dancing concluded the evening , which were alright. Basically the whole thing was three hours of activity and 3 hours total of transportation ( yes it’s pretty far). If you’re a foreigner and never been to the Middle East before you may have given it more than three stars. Cheers!
