When I called for information the visa process since I wanted to do it from uae, they just said they can't give it because I did my registration from kerala branch of santamoinca. The staff was very rude.

First expression face to face was good. I left the place expecting same communication further. I tried to contact on the number they gave which was not working. They response to whatsapp messages once in a blue moon. Is this professionalism? Not trustable, no reliability. Poor service. I will never recommend anyone.
