Amazing service, great and friendly staff! I’ve never been disappointed with their services, yes, their prices might be more than some other clinics, but I would rather pay more for results I can trust, rather than pay less and be disappointed. Dr. Lawerence has been great with my 16 year old cat who has kidney failure and has been treating him for months! As well as my chihuahua with a heart murmur! Highly recommend this place!

Super professional staff, who take care of your pets like family not animals which i absolutely love about them. The neutering process for my kitty went super smooth and it costed way less than other clinics.

Today was our first day to visit this Vet and I left very satisfied with their service. The Doctor was very helpful and kind. Price wise I must say way better than the clinics I visited in Dubai. For people living in Sharjah and Ajman is an amazing choice for our pets. It just went beyond my expectations.

The best vet in sharjahtill now but the only problem is there working hours really hard to figure out when to bring ur pet and please reply on calls and give time for emergency health problem dont book an appointment after 2 days.
The one who replies on the phone needs to reply on a good way.
Dr.jim is the best doctor he is honest and makes sure he is doing the best.

This would definitely be the Vet i would NEVER recommend to anyone, starting from the lack of communication, unable to call, contacting them only through WhatsApp and rarely replying. When visiting the place, the guy in the front desk doesn’t even reply when being told “Good morning” which shows how much you’re welcomed there.. My puppy is still ill since exactly two months now, and all they did every time i went to them, is recommend me more and more antibiotics pills, thats all they did. And when i visited them again yesterday, asking them for all the Dr reports as its requested by the new Vet I’m gonna take my puppy to, they replied me “we don’t have it now, we will email it by the afternoon” and ofcourse, till now, nothing. Not to forget, when visited them yesterday, the guy in the front desk when he wasn’t yet done assisting me, left with no words to me, as apparently his shift ended, and there comes another guy asking me yet again what am i here for. That all just shows how professional this place is.
The one star rating was only for the sake of writing a review, other wise i would give NONE.

After living in the UAE for more than 10 years and have seen many vet clinics, I have chosen Europets Clinic because I completely trust that dr Jim will give the best care for my dogs. Customer service is superb, dr Jim is honest and helpful and their prices are the best I would highly recommend them!

Dr Jim is nice no doubts but in my case for emergency case it didn’t end well. I came in with my very sick cat (flu) and telling him that the cat might be fiv positive but no test was done. Mean it is not sure. I told him also that the previous doctor is suspecting liver failure as the cat was yellow. I asked him to please do whatever he needs to do. Whatever he needs to check feel free to check. He made xrays of my cat immediately and the lunges didn’t look good. He suspected Fip but after 3 days of IV treatment the lunges became better, so he excluded fip. The cat was still very weak and he gave me medicine for him. I could take him home and he told me that he is not so happy as he doesn’t know what the cat has but he is optimistic since the lunges look better. Very happy and trusting his words i went home. The same day my cat got a shock. Started shaking and i wrote them an email and tried to call but no answer. They told me i can always write a mail as they receive it directly on the mobile all of them. I never got a call back asking how my cat was. My cat could not walk anymore when i took him home and had no pee control. I really doubt the doctor checked himself on my cat otherwise he would have checked more than just the lunges. It might have really been something with the liver and kidney due to urinary infection. They only treated the flu but didn’t see all other symptoms which were more dangerous. Even i told him that the first doctor is supecting liver failure. When i asked dr jims practice about blood results regarding liver they told me they didn’t check. The first day after my cat stayed in their clinic i noticed nobody cleaned his nose. Another clinic immediately made a “nose flash” cleaning the nose from the very inside. If i knew about this before my cat would have had an immediate relief. Not even a simple treatment like this was done. As nobody reacted to my emergency calls and mails i went to blue oasis and they gave their very best to save my cat all night long but it was too late. I am pretty sure dr jim never visited my cat in these 3 to 4 days my cat stayed in his clinic. I visited the cat every day and stayed there for hours not even one time the docotor came. The last day before releasing my cat he made some other woman do the xrays. He only checked the x rays picture. He never saw my cat. Never realized he cannot walk or he is yellow. I am very disappointed. I really liked him for standard procedures but for emergency i cannot recommend him. I hope he can learn from this story. The first thing a doctor must check is the blood especially when the cat is in this condition.

I don't recommend this place for serious conditions. My cat died 3 days after being released under the impression that it will be cured.

No proper checks were done nor recommended. It was all based on Dr. Jim's gut feelings and diagnoses by looking at my cat (not with proper tests).

I don't recommend leaving your pet to be hospitalized there, my cat nose was stuffy and blocked hence didn't eat at all (as he couldn't smell), I had to visit every single day to clean his nose pet him.

Did cat spaying due to low cost. It felt more like a business transaction from clinics side, they doesn't seem too concerned about pet. No cone was put on after surgery, had to ask to put it. No information was provided about next steps such as removal of stitches or when we shall come back for it. Low cost - yes, but the service level reflects that. Disappointing experience after all.

Horrible! Unprofessional! barbaric! TATTOOED my cat WITHOUT my approval, or initial warning though I have read all the papers before signing, it never mentioned anything about a tattoo; moreover doctor completely removed two claws, (because he didn't like them?) once again, without my permission, I would have never allowed it! By no means I would call this place acceptable. Those who work there should be jailed and not allowed near animals. If you'd take your pet there, you must be insane, better go anywhere else!

One of the best Vet clinic in SHJ and UAE itself I can say! Dr. Jim is doing great job and being so helpful. I am so glad for discovering this place to take my pets to. I can fully trust to Dr. Jim my mostly beloved ones. He is so confident and professional in what he is doing. Will never try to over charge u by creating some treatments to be done. Horrible place, tattooed my dog without my approval or Knowledge, and their excuse was ' it's procedure' not my first dog and not my first fixing no vet ever tattoos a dog without their owners approval. We only found out once we got home, the tattoo is infected looking. In the process of raising an official complaint with the government of Shj, I will do everything in my power to make sure no one ever goes there again. Horrid dirty so called vet.

I dont know how on earth you people are giving them 5 stars!!! I had a massive emergency incident for my cat (vomiting blood), I called no answer. I emailed them with full details yet again they gave me an appointment FOR THE NEXT DAY!!! ARE YOU SERIOUS!!! I tried to call them several times but no answer or even a return call.

so much for a (( 24/7 on call service )).

Jim Bolssens and co are guaranteed to give your pet(s) the best care possible. The receptionist Kim is very friendly and is always ready to chat.
All of the nurses are very nice and know how to handle the animals nicely and keep them calm during the consults.
The doctor's Jim and Sophie are experienced and are extremely dedicated to their profession. But most importantly they always take the decision which is in the best interest of the animal.

I would highly recommend Europets. Very professional indeed. I needed help with getting an operation for a stray cat with a broken hind-leg. Jim and all the staff were all very helpful and did an excellent job [even though it was a bad fracture]. Cat is on the road to recovery thanks to Europets and is one very happy cat. They even gave a generous discount. Top quality care.
