You can say a 5 star fitness center. There were lots of Technogym bodybuilding and cardio machines which push you to exercise.well if you are not into this style there were a bunch of cardio and group exercise classes also. Our instructor's name was yuliana she was just awesome. If you are into CrossFit things you are in a right place, rigs and racks, bars and weight are ready to train as you decide. The gym was super clean and the staff were kind and polite, in one word they were great. There is also a small sport shop which sells cloths, supplement and some training accessories.

Not your typical Gymn. Very spacious and the equipment is sufficient for all activities. There are classes one can attend if you need a break from the threadmill :).

Well I joined Engine last month and I am having an excellent experience.
I attended my first EVER group class # Core & Calisthenics. It was a killer. I have attended different classes so far and all of them are excellent, they really push you to the max. Sam is an excellent member of Engine and I had a great induction with him.

quite, and small uncomfortable parking, best thing it's not crowded in morning times, but to be honest they had better trainers before, now a days they are not professional enough! they are promising 4 years to do better classes morning time 😅 nothing changed still same promises.
another strange thing I haven't offered once to have any free consultation or even free session, despite not having any health file under my name, that's very unprofessional to be honest..

Went there on a guest pass and it was the by far the best, classiest and cleanest gym I have ever been too. Staff are very helpful and welcoming of non members (always ready to help).
Has machines and areas deticated to body building, crossfit and much more. Never really crowded and even if it was there is a lot of space. Every piece of equipment is high end. Lastly underground parking makes it more convenient. Also the scheduled classes looked like anlot of fun

One of the best gyms I had ever visited in Dubai. Only problem with this gym is, not much importance is given to normal folks other than the Foreign people. The staff is friendly (by saying Hi), but when the foreign people are present, they seem to go overboard. Customer service is below average as most the time they greet Foreign people with a over hyped smile and fake friendliness. Hope the gym knows that all of are humans and start giving equal importance to everyone.
