  A fase this problem always in abu hail branche The staff in reception he is helpful and good a but people in counter to send or to receive the are very taff and the don't care and specifically one of the staff he is not respect the way how he is talking like in street please give to u staff costumers services training

  Went there few times to collect my Emirates ID and also for other post matters. They are a very polite, efficient and well spoken staff over there.

  Called them to get directions; first they picked up then hang up with out saying anything, then i called again right away they didnt answer at all.
