First ever experience today morning, i was expecting a shipment from bank and its week now with no status but when i went for inquiry they really helped and very supportive nice friendly atmosphere.

Very very slow service
There is way better delivery companies available in Dubai.
I waited 1 month to receive a parcel after it reached their stores in Dubai.

Empost head office and the place where mail is getting sorted for distribution. Their problem is that they are slow in their service and not organized enough.
