Waited an entire day for a parcel delivery, only to get a text message saying they couldn’t deliver the parcel, to call their call centre. I was home the entire day waiting on the delivery, no call, contact; just a two line text message at 20:30 at night. When I called I’m told there are certain circumstances that caused the parcel to not be delivered! Where is the customer service; how about a little more professional behaviour and why should the Client have to call when EP failed to do the delivery. So disappointed in how this was handled.

Rude and unprofessional member of staff with very short temper. On asking some clarification for the charges, he starts raising his voice and making a scene. He definitely needs some customer handling training as it portrays a very bad image of EPG. I have been to other post offices and the staff are mostly polite. Eventually, we paid and dont even know what it was for as he refused to give parcel without that. As a customer I think everyone deserves to know what they are paying.

Small post point with 2-3 counters. No queue when I visited (~ noon). Sending an envelope abroad costs around 20 AED and takes up to 3 weeks. Location is average and parking may be hard.

Last time I had collected my Emirates ID from this branch, it was prompt response.

Only issue is no parking is there nearby.

Other than the security guys nobody is helping in the office, the guy in the counter is unpleasant, Came to send a parcel he tried to send me to other branch cause "they don't have any box left", I went out asking for a box from nearby supermarket carrying all the heavy stuff, no need to tell that he was upset to see me coming back with it.

I have used this post office a lot in the past to post letters and parcels to family and friends, it can get a little crowded there during peak times so recommend going as early in the morning as possible, but the staff there are amazing and very helpful.

The only issue is parking which is why it's ideal to go there by public transport as the bus stop is right next to the post office. Other than that you get the job done there fairly quick and easy. Staff are always helpful. I have tried their EMS (Express Mail Service) numerous times and it was almost always prompt delivery service.

Don't have parking place on front of post office
You can stop for short time on bus station , if of corse there not stoped other cars. To drop baggage 4 boxes with +- 19 kg each around
10 - 15 - 25 meters not easy ,
don't have trolley for service , this been problem . If you park in back of post office - it's more far .
Room in office little small .

In lived in BARSHA 2 and they have assigned post box in discovery garden every time if there is register mail they send sms with tracking number I went to post office to collect my register mail they said bring paper which was in discovery garden one time they gave him with my sms message after that they want me to go discovery garden post box and bring notice which does not make any sense to drive all the way 15 kilometer to get that notice some time register mail is not important at all.
