One star for the security. He thinks that he is the only one who controls everything there. First he should learn how to behave with peoples. Not even considering aged peoples, the worst guy he will damage the name of all the staffs and office. If he have any pblms he should consult a doc asap

Waiting outside for more than an hour. The tent waiting ac not working. I suggest not to visit during between 2 pm to 4 pm. You will end up waiting in hot air.

Before going there I have called them and they told me that it's open until 10 o'clock , then I went there and it was so Traffic in my way when I arrived there they told me that they are stopped Serve customers today because they are busy ??!!!
What Illogical reason?? I do not believe that this is happening in Dubai?

Excellent customer service! The supervisor was very helpful. Walked in and walked out in less then 30 mins at around 730 pm. Please do note their timings try to get early on time!
