  it's the worst between Tash-eel service center , the receptionist staff give the Queue ticket to their friend without consider the long queue of people who are waiting , they have very strange process i don't know why i need to spend 5 mnt explaining my application details to the reception staff to issue useless JOB ORDER !!! then again i need to explain the same for the customer service staff, they don't have direct line to call them for example i did an application and it come Nawaqis i drive my car from Al Barsha to tell them that i have Nawaqis and submit the required documents and it happen 3 times in the same day

  On time service centre does not even deserve a star as non of the staff knows anything what they are doing and keeps sending people around not knowing what is going on. Already I did not receive salary and then they keep making you pay without proper information and sending ppl around with information that they don't even know or understand. Really disguisting and can not get worse service than on time service centre there is to much to complain about I'll be typing all day! Good luck to all.

  this company is a huge inconvenience to all. They've closed their Al Manara Branch for Dubai Court Service and their other branch (Oud Metha) has rude people in it who can only assist from 7:30 am till 9:30 am apparently despite you reaching before their closing time, they wouldn't assist you. Doesn't make sense at all. That Filipina lady in front desk from Oud Metha only cares about her food and make up and is extremely impolite and useless. Such a disgrace to see how these people are assisting their customers! It's a huge mistake that I availed the service through them. Should have approached First Business Center instead but they cannot assist me now since unfortunately we logged the execution file through Ontime initially!!!!

  Very bad service! That receptionist from Philippine in Oud Metha branch is very bad mannered. When your office closes at 5 pm and they have closed Al Manara Branch suddenly and DC services can only be availed from Oud Metha Branch, you should train that lady to be nice since no one else can assist your customers apart from them! Not at all a good experience considering that we came all the way from Jebel Ali and we've reached 4 hours before your closing time! Horrendous service!

  Visited the center around 5 pm. Out of 36 counter only 7 counter open. On that also they are working at very slow pace. All looks like that they have to pass time.
  Rakbank atm available here. Main entrance is under construction. You can enter by back door. On main door they have stick note that working time is upto 5 pm but if you go inside you will find that they are pretending to work till 8 pm.
  I ask one tall guy (name amir) about what time my token number will be called. He replied in very bad way that they will call. No politeness.
  Looks like they are doing some great favor.
  
  Review added :
  Day 1 person catering me took all my documents and emirates ID and money (around 5000 AED.) without any receipt, when asked for receipt he laughed and told that No problem there is surveillance cameras is there, no need of any receipt. Come after 3 days to collect documents .
  Day 3 still work not done, reason he told that system not working. he tried submitting document in front of me then it was accepted within 5 minute.
  
  Day 6 : He gave me stamped passport and told that I have to pay extra 200 AED, because he did passport stamping in tatkal. I told him give me receipt for that,which he told that there is no receipt for that. I refused 3 times then he accepted. So unprofessional staff first Time I encountered.

  Excellent experience.
  Staff is accommodating and easy to talk. They guide you very well.
  Building is well made and purpose built that can accommodate a lot of people at one time. Token system and data entry process goes smooth. There are all related services available under one roof.

  Terrible service, set my court case up with the wrong address despite me giving them the correct Makani number, I turned up to court unaware of this, I was shouted at for putting the wrong address??? then I went back to OnTime and complained, they stated it wasn’t their fault? then I proved it and they admitted it was their fault??? they then proceeded to get me an extension to my court date, but they ignored what I asked them to put? I then went back and told them, they corrected it but it was too late and this caused me more problems with my case... I can go on and on but I have better things to do than type at their expense (but in short, their incompetence got my case cancelled) - Rest assured if the scoring system had stars got a rating for minus 10 I would definitely click that! – trust me on this, I have a complaint against them for my time and money, I will see it through, they are a service to the people and should treat us with the respect they promise but they do not.
  
  Note* - I went to another OnTime branch to file a complaint against the other branch to be seen in court and explain the problems, the person called the head person to tell them what I was doing and I was told to remove my statement comments or they would not file the report (this is a perversion of justice and I will be taking this to task).

  A place where the staff are not only efficient but tolerant. All staff at Karama were so obliging to help out with every issue and their patience is commendable. we were overwhelmed by the helping attitude of each and every staff . specially Ms Naima Madad and two other staff Ms Youla and the staff next to her. No matter how busy or how many people walked in, they all remained calm and composed and went to great lengths to explain in detail to the customer. It was their lunch break, Yet when they knew that I was with a patient, they both went out of their way and Ms Madad made the effort to call someone, and saw that our work was processed. She also came and informed that we could take our documents. That extra effort to support the customers indeed goes a long way. Thank you and appreciate the work you do. Good wishes

  On each counter in this place they wrote "your hapiness first" , but from my experience i found that these guys doesnt care about the hapiness of their clients at all , i waited there to continue with my salary complain for 4 hours, very disapppointing service

  You can get many legal，government and business services at Business Venue Tasheel, such as legal consultation，legal and normal translation，courts and notary services，Labor，DED，Ejari and Nawaqis. They now have a RAK ATM machine there.

  Very clean building. It's convenient for having MOI, Tas'heel,Economic Department, Atorny, On Time typing office. You can do all your labour issues in one stop. .. parking are available, that's a good option.
