RTA service centre. Passing of vehicles, registration, renewals, export, transfer of ownership, etc are the main services available here. Open individual owned or corporate owned vvehicles. Normal waiting time for passing and renewal of registration here (as per self experience twice) is 15 to 20 minutes. We can opt for express passing and renewal here.

the worst experience ever from the city which is know best for their hospitality and customer support and even in the year of tolerance going on the service in this Quick Registration was the worst, they failed my car intentionally and then asked to go to the garage next to it where they asked me to pay aed2500 for small alignments. when i took the car outside to another garage they found that the inspection guy broke the wires which caused more damage to my vehicle and am sure the garage inside there was just about to fix those wires for 2500aed from me. they are the worst of all the services i have experienced in UAE. avoid this testing center and better shut them down or change staff as they dont deserve to be in customer service industry.

They used to be much better but not anymore. They look intk how they can make more money now than to make customers happy without ripping them off.i had a recent experience with then whe i was trying to pass my car.they failed the car and gave me a stupid reason to fix the issue(that did not exist),
Just to go to their garage behind the office and spend some extra money so they can pass it to me.they asked for 350 dhs only for changing the light bulb and around 900 dhs to remove the plastic cover from the inside bumper and bla bla bla i went to another registration place where they pass my car wihout any issue.too bad

Staff in this place were very rude and not friendly. They are not even smiling at people. When I was waiting for my vehicle license at one of the counter, it was thrown at me by the customer service agent (though I was seated opposite to him). This sort of behavior will tarnish RTA's goodwill. I think the staff here should get some serious customer service training. Apart from this I was able to receive my service on time.

Very good service. I just waited for 25 mins and in that time vehicle testing, result and vehicle license was renewed and all the staff were very much supportive

I done few vehicle registration here, front desk employees are not friendly, they feel pain answering queries, better they can display required information for each services. Worst thing I paid fine on Abu Dhabi traffic department while transferring my car, they collected Extra AED 150/- towards transporting that amount to Abu Dhabi. Ridiculous. Staff didn't inform me about this, giving me a receipt after swiping my card.

Horrible service.Locals behind counters were LAZY and arrogant.I was there at midninght and 1 local (out of 6 there)worked .But even he kept sending Indian guy everywhere.Employ Indians and philipinosthey do much better and efficient job there than all those lazy Emaratis you have ‘working’(by checking their mobiles non stop)there.
Something unacceptable that 30 people waiting to be served1 indian guy runs and 6 locals keep chatting on phones.
People pls void this placethere are many places where you can get much much better service.Look for the places where anyone else but Emaratis sit behind the counters,otherwise you gonna spend hours waiting and seeing them using their phonesand stealing your money.

Very easy car inspection and registration. I went in evening for car assessment and was free in 10 to 15 minutes. For registration it also took 10 minutes. Good Service.

Was amazing experience. nice seating, rather friendly staff and very well organized. Now obviosuly the waiting time depends on the fact that what time of the day it is. Overall, it was pleasent to register my car quickly.

It’s great for men as there are 99% of them l(both customers and service) but it’s surrounded by sand(no heels here) and the officials are pretty direct. No smiles and thank you’s but gets the job done efficiently and quick. I went on a Friday around 7pm, so I was only there for a maximum of 10 mins!

What a paradox! Don’t believe in what they claim as their name envisages!! It took more tha 2-3 hours to get a registration done on the 27 Dec 2018, which unfortunately I was victimized! No one should really belive what they say as “Quick Registration”! Don’t know what they mean by that! 100% failure in customer commitment! Please abstain from using this guy’s services. This is going to be the last time I and anyone who is related to me will be visiting this awkward service center!

Really feel sad .i was there for registration ,I have the document except Insurance had copy .with out Insurance copy they are not abile to give token number.now a days every thing by online .so y this kind of drama .what we feel that, I was his home for begging some thing .really bad service .rta should take care of it

Quick, the only thing they are quick at is stealing your money
1.On their online website they state that the 1st renewal test costs 140DHS yet they charged me 170.

2.They got the "number of cylinders" wrong, my car is 8 cylinders yet the report said it is 6.

3. They got the color wrong, my car is silver yet the report said gray.

4. They fabricated Issues which are non-existent.

The mechanics are not qualified and the employees are rude and unprofessional it makes sense since they are 90% local.
after i spoke with the supervisor he told me to return tomorrow where they will pass my car after i take a retest, this sounds like a method to charge me extra.

i hope they make some reforms and everyone should pay attention to this review

One of the worst experiences ever, a level of unprecedented arrogance from some of the staff (throwing mulqiya and a pen on the table, turning face the other way and arrogantly saying sign.). Poor organization and below poor service, not worthy of dubai standards. highly disrecommend compared to my pleasant experience in cars testing center muraqabat

It looked that they were seriously looking for faults and marking it. I've used QR for the past 4-5 years and the fault that they did not mark then (though what they've marked was present in my vehicle for the past 06 years) was marked this time. Incredible.
Now to the fault - a crack in the indicator light cover - the severity was marked as major!! Shocking!! I had to rectify the indicator cover, pay the retest fees to get the vehicle passed. Depressing!!

I reached the center on thursday night 7pm, the testing took 15 mins only.. i was out with my car by 7:35pm after my whole renewal procedure..

I went to the Center at 9:10 am and they were still struggling with the system. I told them that I have to pick up my son at 10 am so how long will this take? They assured me it will take 30 minutes maximum but even after 50 min no action from them. So I went to check again. They said their system is hanging so can't check the car. Very irrisponsible. We are not sitting free here. No information from them about the issue. Avoid visiting this Center.

as the name says they offer very quick registration. i went to register my car and finished everything in just 5 mins. the service is so quick and awesome.. highly recommend

Terrible customer service. Avoid it like the plague. I went at a time when there was no lines or rush.
I was greeted by a very rude receptionist. I told him politely I wanted to sell my car and he replied with "so what?"
Later on after getting a token the customer service girl was completely oblivious on how to do her job and transferred me to the supervisor who was missing for a good 45 mins. He too was extremely slow just for an approval.
I was again transferred to two other agents who in between their phone calls and chatting with each other took some time to actually do their work.
Entire time I was there I didn't see a single customer Service agent smile, they all looked like they hated being there as much as I did.
Place should be called slow, extremely inefficient registration. Only positive thing is they accept credit cards. I suggest you avoid this place if possible.

I went on Saturday morning 8.30 am and finished by 9:00 am. service was quick. You can even purchase insurance here. No staff in many counters. So don't know what will be the situation in peak hours.

Pros:
Relatively fast service.
Pretty good implementation of token based system. You have your priority and is usually not ran over by somebody a bit influential.

Cons:
Test counter and Insurance Counter are not equipped to accept card payments (well, this is 2016 not 1990s).
There is an ATM right in front of the building. If you are unable to withdraw cash due to whatever reason, you're pretty much in a fix.
