Headquarters for Dubai police.
Friendly and cooperative staffs..
It's located near al mamzar area..

You get an instant traffic fine, but when you want to complain about it, it becomes a very tedious task that you are forced to pay it instead of wasting countless hours with employees who barely understand English.
I wish if they would pay more attention to other police departments in other countries and learn that fining people isn't the best way to keep roads safe and secure. Its the total opposite, and by being able to buy my car out of impound says a lot.
I wish they start realising this soon.response / report this review -

Just want to say great thanks to the Dubai Police especially the tourism police. They made our kids day. Kids had emailed them to see if they could get a ride in one if their fast cars. Was so professional got calls Co ordinated the meetings and kids got to fit in a Police Maclaren.

The policewoman was "late" at work so all ladies are forced to wait for 2 hours since the branch's opening at 0730am. In all fairness, she was nice enough to help everyone. But still, tardiness is unacceptable, especially if your customers went out of their way, left their work, and spent 2 hours waiting for just imprinting fingerprints.
I suggest for the team to consider training another policewoman to do fingerprinting assistance, in any case. So others won't have the same experience as I had.response / report this review -

Assalamu alaikum to all.
Dubai is well established Emirate but the only problem I have is the police when someone defraud you and you manage to get the person name telephone number to the police instead of them to tract and assist to arrest that criminal then they will asking for a lot of information for instance his house address or office address or location map of you don't have then it means the criminal go scort free.
And another issue is directing you to different police station all the time.i think it will be good at least of the person phone number is given since all numbers are registered with passports
and visas so the criminal can easily be arrested.response / report this review
