  We needed to get a Police Clearance Certificate. Went to the police station and the helpful police officer at the reception told us to do it via the Dubai Police app. Downloaded it then and there, took about 5 mins to fill in my details (Emirates ID, etc), made the payment and we were done! Expecting to get the certificate within 24 hrs!

  Very simple process for Good contact certificate. Police station is opposite to Al Jafiliya metro station. Working time from Morning 7.30 till late evening but when I enquried the officer told its 24/7. Satisfied with the service, got the certificate in mail within a hour.

  Applied for Good Conduct Certificate on 4th Feb. Visited Bur Dubai Brunch on 5th early morning. Today is 7th Feb. still didn’t receive requested document. Over the phone & online chat no response. How good is Services? Seriously?

  Applied online for Good Standing Certificate- less than 5 mins, went to Bur Dubai Police station to verify- less than 5 mins, Got my certificate by email around 2.00 pm. Amazing Service.

  Peace be with All.. I have visited this police station twice and was handled and dealt with due respect and kindness.. On one instance my concern was very patiently understood though i couldnt explain it well.. My salutations and respect to all the amazing police of Dubai.. Thank you Dubai Thank you UAE
