I attend for physiotherapy and Pilates as well for the last 7-8 month . both with miss Sandra , she is an excellent and professional therapist she gives very good care to her patients, doing her best to relief their pain . I strongly recommend her .

Very unprofessional! They didn't want to refund me for the test they never did, they charged me twice for the identical appointment, their homeopath overdosed my kidhorrible!!!The response they gave here is fake, they actually don't respond at all!

I came to treat my ankle because I sprained it. And since minute one I fell in love with the place with the kind, professional, knowledgeable staff, with the professional and super attention from Miss Sandra and the icing on the cake is the restaurant upstairs! Super Love it!!!!!😍😍

I had a very positive experience with Dr.Vimala , who supported me to get my body balanced, using homeopathic medicines & vitamins, after I‘ve been touched by cancer.
Can‘t forget how her homeopathic medicines was helpful for my mom and my son in two different cases. Thank You Dr. Vimala ❤️response / report this review -

I would like to thank Dr Vimla ( Homeopathy) as she treated my son for migrane. He is much better now, more healthier. No more complaints of headaches. Strongly recommend her !

Saw Dr vimala for our son's health concerns. Obtained no results for as long as we were with her. She seems to be confused and not as calm as I'd hope a doctor to be. She couldn't really diagnose instead we came home with lots of sugar loaded vitamins etc which didn't help at all. Kind and friendly person but not sure if skilled.

Asha rani is good doctoor for the digestion problem. colon treatment is very good for digestion. treatment center in zabeel is no traffic and facility for treatment is good and i visit regular. God bless you habibti ayesha shukran

Won a gift certificate for a massage and meal at the spa and restaurant and decided to book in (unfortunately during Ramadan so I couldn't avail of the meal.
I booked and went in for my massage I did offer to pay more and upgrade the massage time but they said it wasn't allowed. They also told told me to come back another day to avail of the meal I asked if I could pass it on to my sister and they said they would let me know since there was no name on the certificate it shouldn't be an issue.
No one bothered to call back and when I did call they put me on hold and checked with the manager who said it was not possible even though the voucher was 'nameless'.
Apart from the massage which is the only thing that earned them two stars I don't think I would ever go back or recommend this place as they are highly restrictive.response / report this review -

I would like to highly recommend the services for the physiotherapy with Sandra Serrano and Elena Naranjo; both professionals, spanish nationalities, have a lot of knowledge about their speciality and because they are continuosly updating themselves they pretty much put in practice new tecniques.
I visited yesterday the premises due to a huge back and neck pain and Sandra was able to treat me softly and in a gentle way, relieved my pain and shared with me a number of exercises I could do daily basis.
Awesome treatmentI will definitely visit the clinic again due to the lovely ambience, peace and harmony and brilliant organic stuff.response / report this review -

I went to do a blood test there and the results were low. I googled the results and it showed that these tests should be done in the morning. I did them in the evening. no one in the clinic advised me of this as they knew exactly what blood tests were needed. When I called them to clarify, they refused to repeat the tests. 1800 dirhams wasted. don't waste your time and money with them. the doctor could not even talk to me, she kept sending the nurse to explain. She even told me that I needed to book an appointment with the doctor to get an explanation. (so I can pay more obviously). Luckily, I went to another clinic and did the tests again in the morning and all showed fine.

I have just left an hour after my appointment which was at 230 and have left without my consultation. I was made to wait without explanation for 50 minutes without an explanation but it turns out the 245 and the 315 were brought in before me and the doctor was getting calls for them whilst I was finally starting my consultation at 320. The customer contact person could not explain what had happened either. Terrible experience and a highly unprofessional and unhelpful attitude behind a slick looking operation.

We had a chance to visit Dubai Herbal and Treatment center yesterday. I can say our experience was really excellent. The staff in the Ayurveda Dept. treat the customer like their own family. My wife had such a nice time and she was praising the Therapist all the way home.
