We’ve come here multiple times. Easy to locate, pretty crowded around noon. The doctors are really helpful and nice.The guy at the reception is very polite and helpful, however I find the ladies sitting there quite rude, we are all patients there and we have no idea about how the clinic works or understand medical terms. Some of the nurses and receptionist, when asked questions, either ignore or give short really rude answers. I don’t know why they’re working when they clearly have no interest in their job or patients/customers.

I was in a very bad state with a lot of pain in my tooth. Thanks to Dr Laxmi she sorted out my problem and used to regularly msg me and ask me how I'm doing she was very supportive.Would strongly recommend for Dr Laxmi.Very efficient service by the staff also i must say.

Doctors are good but the management of appointment timing is so bad. I had an appointment at 11.15 and i waited for 1 hr to meet my doctor. This is frustrating and i suggest either to stick to appointment time or to better remove this system of appointment as it does not make sense at all.

Editing my previous comment. Now, the clinic is much better. I am going to this clinic after an year or so. I really appreciate the effort of the management to improve the facilities to reduce the waiting time.

Amazing Doctors especially dr Irfana
Mostly we get annoyed in the clincs in queues and late attending however this clinic masha allah was not the same.
Very gud explanation and drs were so polite and advised beneficial prescription and gud follow up by staffthanks evryone

i visited 1st time and it was worst experience. my 11 months baby was suffering from fever and due to friday no Pediatric was available so i called Dr Ismail Clinic and they told Pediatric in not available but General Physician will see the baby. After long waiting we went to Doctor and without check any thing he was giving Antibiotics to baby. After argue that what medicine is this, he told may be he has throat pain and you have to start antibiotics. After I went to Aster, they did some test and there was no Tonsils/ Throat pain and baby is start taking Teeth out so he take fever.
How nonsense is the doctor. If i trust on this doctor and give baby these Antibiotics, what consequences will have to face.

Worst experience as always. Waiting period as usual is more than an hour. Staff tries to keep heir calm but unfortunately the influx is too high for them to handle the patients. Not more than 2 doctors in the clinic at any given time.

Waiting a full week for blood test results, general staff is terrible, don’t answer the phone. Puts the phone down while you still speaking. Dr Emmrea is amazing, but everything else is terrible. The person who draw my blood don’t even greet you. He didn’t even talk once to be frank, terrible terrible clinic

If there is a 0 star, I would have rated that. I was with my kid for 1 Hr 30 Mins and no signs of seeing the doctor. When I asked them, they said it will take more time! Horrible service. They dont even have a complaint box. The staff seems to be very slow on doing things. Either they dont have proper policies in place or they are slow in doing things. Management: please provide necessary steps to improve the waiting time. People comes to hospital when they are sick; they will also be tired. Dont make them more tired by making them wait for long hrs

First of all for the discovery garden outlet please change your timings online. It shows 9am whereas the clinic opens at 9:30am which caused me a lot of trouble to go and return. There are so many people waiting and only one GP is available. I waited for 50 mins to get to the doctor.

Horribly terribly slow! The patient registration process is painstakingly manual. Takes 1 hour for patient registration and then waiting for your turn takes an additional 1 to 2 hours, and I'm not exaggerating.
This has happened all 4 times that I've been there. Don't believe them if you call and the receptionist tells you there's no queue and you can come right now.
They lie through their teeth, every single time. Terrible waste of time and most definitely not recommended for anybody looking for quality healthcare!

We were visiting Dubai for leisure and my wife got sick. We went to this clinic and the staff and doctor treated us very well and my wife got well in a day. Its economical also because we didn't have any insurance. Only negative is the waiting time which can be reduced.
