Expensive solution to your dry cleaning. There are cheaper dry cleaning / laundrette alternative with home delivery at a shop in Cluster O. Zoom has some effective special detergent for special materials, in this kind of weather the clothes would dry in an hour

Fantastic dry cleaner. Always reliable, punctual and kind. Good cleaning for anything from casual daywear to formal business clothing. I wouldn’t take my laundry anywhere else!

This company is the biggest joke ever! They are thieves and fraudsters! Any good reviews are left by staff and friends and are fake! They took my money and never returned my suits! I had 5,000dhs worth of suits not returned after 4 days. They kept promising they would return the next day and then nothing and now they ignore all my calls and emails and have taken my money! I have had to miss a wedding because my suits didn’t get returned and now I have to report them to the police as I have no option!

worse service ever!!!they promissEd me to get my jumpsuit back in color it was white and it became blue and then the manager called me and spoke very unprofessional and the only thing he could say send it back and I will see it they had my jumpsuit for almost 3 weeks and couldn't see that it makes me so angry that they promiss first and then they are not doing a proper job!!!

I am a new customer in this company and I have a good experience to them, they are very professional in terms of handling your items and to their customers. I don't want to reveal my real identify just for me to have a privacy. I would like to commend one of your staff who's name is Henry for answering the phone immediately and for being polite on the phone most specially he speaks English fluently and aside from that he is calling if the delivery is not coming to have it re-scheduled and I am not upset because he immediately inform me, that's what you called Customer Service. Thank you and will be doing business to you as long as I'm here in Dubai.

Worst service and appalling quality. We have used evershine for a long time constantly putting up with issues despite decent service. However, their recent service is horrible. Our laundry was due (after 48 hours service time) and we waited 8 hours for it as we were due to travel. Constant phone calls and waiting at the shop hearing lie after lie about where it was. No apology and clothes still wet with missing items. The obviously forgot about our items. They are incredibly unprofessional and we had to ask the security at our building to help as they took our money and had not returned all of our order. They have absolutely no care for customers and have the messiest most disorganised factory. We even received other customers clothes!!!! Do NOT use evershine. Hours of wasted time and money to be lied too.
