The male receptionist is very rude and speak impolitely. He told me to leave the area since he has lots of paperwork and he cannot wait me. I honestly don’t know if I have somehow done something wrong by requesting to see the doctor again or the male receptionist is having a bad day. We felt humiliated and our rights have been upheld from this clinic. I filed a case in HAAD against this person so other patients will not encounter the same issues I have experienced recently.

On Friday says open from 5pm but not true Still close at 5.10 pm. Unreliable for a hospital..

I am so happy with the services of the Carewell..Their staff,nurses and doctors were so caring and helping.The name of the medical centre says it real"Care Well"

At around 8.30pm I visited the clinic at the philipino house restaurant and i was so disappointed by the way the receptionists handled me.they were so rude and couldn't even let me see the doctor.
