  The place exceeded our expectations. From the Welcome at the reception, the service, the quality of Rooms,the breakfast buffet, everything was par excellence. We were upgraded to a suite for 2 days , provided with cookies upon arriving, Welcome snacks provided to our room and were taken care of to the last detail. On both the days for breakfast the chef met us during breakfast to check if we were satisfied with everything. The food spread was good and they have a wide range of cuisines. The in-room dining experience could probably be made better. The receptionists were all quite helpful. The life guard at the pool was teaching our child swimming tricks and was impressive as well. The gym was also amazing. Clean rooms, great people and great food. What more can one ask for!

  My overall experience was very satisfying. The staff at the front desk were incredibly friendly and welcoming. They quickly checked me in and provided me with all the information I needed about the hotel amenities and services.
  
  The room itself was spacious, clean, and had all the necessary amenities. The bed was comfortable, and the linens were fresh and soft. The bathroom was also spotless and had plenty of towels and toiletries.
  
  One of the things I appreciated most about my stay was the breakfast. The hotel offered a complimentary breakfast buffet that included fresh fruit, eggs, bacon, sausage, and a variety of pastries and bread. The food was delicious and there was plenty of it.
  
  Throughout my stay, the hotel staff was attentive and responsive to any requests or questions I had. They made me feel valued as a guest and went above and beyond to ensure that I had a pleasant stay.
  
  Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

  Thanks to you, Double Tree by Hilton-Fujairah team, you made our entire stay experience heavenly and momentous. The room is extremely relaxing and smells refreshing. The entire staff has been so warmly accommodating, kind, and helpful beyond our needs; from the security team, valet parking men, to the front desk staff, housekeeping for our the lovely room, to the F&B team, you amazed us with your exceptional customer service. We were delighted at the dining, we enjoyed the fresh, health-friendly, and flavorful cuisine with your welcoming smiles and excellent hospitality. We left the Hotel with a happy hearts, a lasting impression to keep coming back. Worth stay, Worth visiting, worth recommending..

  the welcoming was amazing with cookies and coffee.
  the staff are all very polite and welcoming.
  i totally loved my stay, and would come again.
  
  i gave 4 starts because:
  1- the AC at night became warm, but couldn't call them so not to wake my baby.
  2- when you call them to bring something they take too long to do it.
  i had to call them 4 times, 15 minutes apart to get the prayer mat i asked for :/
