This is the second time I rented a car from Diamondlease HGR Branch,. This company is really good and the staff are friendly and helpful. They gave me a great rate and the cars I rented were both clean and were brand new cars (one of them was driven on 5,000km). I highly recommend them – Sales Team working there is super helpful. Worst rental car experience in 3 decades. The rental car broke down and they took more than 15 hours to deliver a small old one with an accumulated mileage of 140,000 km for replacement . They seldom answer emergency/help calls. To make things worst, they never call back.

A car rental place, not much to say about it.

It is hard to find, the taxi man kept going round and round to find it.

Car hair option not that great and didn't find Diamond lease the cheapest.

Diamondlease where I got my 1st rental car, it was very hard to find, the taxi driver had to go round and round and ask people.

The company ok, didn't find them cheap, or great selections of cars, however the staff friendly and helpful.

They took extra amount from my credit card without any prior notice and by mistake from their side, even though I paid all the fees in advance and did not have any fines or accidents, they rarely pick up the phone, and when they do, they have a very bad atittude and very disrespectful, they are avoiding my calls and emails. They are the worst company I ever dealt with. I hate myself for renting from them. Because of them I bought a second car to avoid the nightmare of having to deal with any car rental company ever.
