Amazing center with brilliant customer service. The counter staff is so kind and helpful and very professional. I have not had any issues with the service and the one time I did they were so helpful in resolving it. They offer to drop you off if you are close by whenever the driver is available. Really an example to other service companies!

Unfortunately I had an accident and had to deliver the car for their repair. It took about a month to repair the car. But the bad part here is how they kept ignoring my follow up calls. They always promise "we will call you back" and they never did. I had to call them using different numbers to reach them.

The worst part, after confirming they finished the car and I can collect it, I found the car without the driver seatbelt!!! I wonder how the quality inspector missed that before declaring the car ready for collection.

The car also had to be serviced.
They did not record the service in the booklet.

I give the second star only because their overall repair quality is good.
