I was recently in Dubai and was recommended to use this service. It is great for tourists and if I lived there I would use it all the time for at home hair styling!

They are not clear about their services. After book and confirming a home service (

This place is a scam! The hair Botox which they promise would last a few months lasts only until your first wash and you are left with damaged frizzy hair !They don't believe in providing quality service , refuses to acknowledge it and do not care about customer service!The stylist first blatantly disregards what I requested for ,talks me out of the using Keratin and offers some shady product in the name of hair botox .Whilst treatment , the stylist will tell you how beautiful and shiny your hair looks (as they are purported to say to all clients )which of course will be the case even if you get a hair spa / any hair treatment at a local salon for that matter!!! She even manages to burn my hair during the ironing process while it was only partially dry and then chops off the burnt hair assuming I did not notice. When I stated the obvious to the owner by sending her pictures of my frizzy hair , she absolutely disregards my distress and refuses to provide a solution!! This is the first time I have encountered UNPROFESSIONALISM at its best . I have been to innumerable salons in Dubai and have always experienced the best service .Some of them swear by immaculate customer service and go out of the way to ensure their clients are happy. This salon will certainly see its end soon if they continue to sell bogus services to unassuming clients!!
