  Listing says they are open until 7 PM, called another branch to confirm but when I arrived at 6:30 PM they were locked tight with the lights off.

  اسوء مكتب تاجير ممكن تتعامل معه اذ ان كل التعامل معهم كذب بكذب
  استلمت السيارة منهم بعد 3 ساعات في مطار دبي وعند التسليم تحتاج ساعتان
  بعد سفري تم خصم مبالغ من بطاقتي بدون اي وجه حق

  WORST CAR RENTAL IN DUBAI. I booked for a Mitsubishi lancer for 4 days though Atlas Car rentals, and their client happened to be this company. As per their website they had 2 counters in terminal 1 and terminal 3. I went to terminal 3 and checked, they do not have any counter or office there and i had to walk to terminal 1. Once the payment was done, they informed me they do not have mitsubishi lancer, they have only a Attrage which is smaller car compared to Lancer. I did not have an option, After i returned the car, may b after 2 weeks, the guarantee amount of AED 1000 which they blocked was released. But a week after that they took AED 752 using my credit card details. I called them and checked, and they said its toll charges and fine for over speed. I asked for proof for this from the traffic department, they took my email id, said they will send it in 48 hrs which went on for week,. I made 2-3 calls to dubai to their office but i did not get proper responds. I filed for a dispute through my bank and its under process. I hope il get back my money.

  The worst hire company. They will scam you and have scammed countless others.
