I had an excellent experience with these guys. I have personally met the new owner (who is very attentive ) and has really done a great job with the place and his guys really know what they're doing. I've been having an issue with a left suspension on top of many minor issues in my Mercedes and I have changed 3 workshops in the period of the last 10 months, just felt like every time they'd fix something, something else would get brokenand then I followed my friend's recommendation and came to A to B and the guys did great!! My long lasting problems have been finally fixed and my car is running super smoothly now with no new issues. I would definitely recommend this garage! 5 stars.

A honest garage in Dubai. These guys have serviced & repaired several of my cars over the last few years and the job was always does well. Run by Brits, no communication issues. Highly recommended.

Overall good service, all problems with my car solved quickly and efficiently. I found it especially satisfying to be able to communicate easily with the 2 guys at the front desk, they were very helpful. Glad to have found a British owned garage in the area that knows what they are doing.

expensive and in my opinion unreliable, was given a very high quote for work which was a surprise to me as my car seemed fine,

took the car to two separate garages for opinion and was told that half the quoted stuff was not required and for the other stuff there was a much cheaper way, my final bill came to a quarter of what A2B quoted me, in my opinion there are a lot more trustworthy and reliable garages in AlQouz

as someone else pointed out the two guys that work there, two young Brits in my opinon were quite arrogant and simply not interested, honestly when i first went there i thought i had found a gem, Brit owned etc, but i've since found a 'non brit owned' garage in Al Quoz who i find more honest and trustworthy

I did major service and pay them more amount compare with market price.
Within 2 weeks my car did not start up.
They tow away my car and ask 2700 AED for changing a steer motor and ask 1300 only for labor!!!!!
They don't want to take responsibility after also service and ask enormous amount for reparation something after even 1 day from the major service.
They don't also accept customer spare part and force you to buy spare from them where the are putting very high margin.
My advice DON'T GO THERE, BECAUSE THEY WILL CHEAT YOU !!!

    SO I am right.
After only 2 hours that I wrote my comment, I decided to got my car back and send to another garage. They just reset the car with computer and everything is solve because steer motor is working properly, the problem is in KEY that is not identified by car. That s why steer is locked and car is not starting.

So They are simply LIAR and SWINDLER.
    DONT GO THERE.

Serviced my LR2 there a couple of times. Job was well done with a reasonable price. Doing business and communication was clear and straightforward. They seem to be pretty good especially with Land Rovers.
