Customer Service and welcoming were ok. Clarity of the car repair was excellent. Aftermath some confusions about damages to my car that weren t even present hence had to keep the car for an extra 2 days.

I have brought my Kader for small repair and it does end up with the total mess. the people did not respond at the quality of work was more than questionable.
My car was 2 X damaged inside the workshop from people inside the workshop luckily had pictures before I brought it.
So I could prove that I was right.
Recommend to avoid this if you can

I had a repair from the insurance company and the first time I go to them and unfortunately did not wish to work well because of poor communication with them and have no capacity to provide spare parts It took my car repair 28 days & When they inspect the vehicle, they use the gates of Salik.
I do not recommend dealing with them.

I can see people complaining about their service and delay in delivering the vehicle.. But that is not what happened in my case.. I can blindly say that they are the best.. I am 100% satisfied with their service.. Excellent work quality, Prompt response, Customer friendly approach and Quick delivery are some of their notable points.. I have to mention the name of my service advisor Ms. Arianne here purely because of the professionalism she showed. I recommended everyone to visit them at least once to experience their quality..

The have a very good variety of accessories for American cars.
I dropped the car in to check for an Airconditioning problem the told me to change every part of the air conditioning system which I thought is a stupid and expensive solution for a problem they couldn't find what it was.

Called them and asked for a bakflip cover, I was told it was in stock, drove all the way from Abu Dhabi and when I arrived at the shop they told me that they did not have it. I was told by Mr. Mohammed that I would have received a call for the installation in Abu Dhabi the next day never heard from them again.

First time visit bought a tonneau cover for a Chevy. Very good service and sales person. Ended up takes side steps as well and only took 30 Min to install. Got alot of cool stuff for trucks.

Until two months ago Auto Fit was the best when it was American owned and managed. But now it's been changed to Iranian owned and managed and it's horrible!

I had a big car accident TWO months ago and my car is still there in Auto Fit garage with absolutely nothing done on it! I have pictures to prove for those who need prove

I've tried to meet Management "Sarah" to complain and she was so rude she refused to even see me!

First time they said she was here and she left, Second time they said she "didn't come", and Third time they said she won't be able to meet you just leave a message with your concern!!!

As a mad customer, I will never return to Fancy Auto fit ever! And will write my bad experience review to as many people as I can for them to avoid all this!

P.s I gave it a one rate because I hade to! If it was up to me, it's in the minus zone!
