The guys at My Celcare provided a great service. My Mac died on me during a software upgrade & had it looked at by another so-called Mac repair specialist. They completely damaged the Mac to the extent that it needed a new logic (mother) board. I then approached the guys at My Celcare & were able to replace the mother board within 2 hrs and had it delivered to me. Thereafter I discovered it wasn't charging & when returning to the store they detected the charging dock was faulty - they repaired immediately at no cost. Will definitely recommend.

i have taken several items here for repair or upgrade, phone, i pad and a laptop. they have all been repaired in super quick time and the quality of repair excellent. my latest was to upgrade a laptop to ssd drive, it was done in hours. the prices are very good also. recommended

My Apple iPhone X was refusing to charge. I'd tried to clear any dust in there & still wasn't working so figured the port needed replacing. The guys took a look, tried to clear it again with their tools & it worked perfectly. They wouldn't take any money for helping me, were super kind & helpful. Highly recommend MY CELCARE JLT 👍👍👍

i cant give zero hence one star. i approached them on reading their
reviews but i was highly disappointed by their service and quality of work. they charge a bomb to replace a battery and in one month it got expanded. they just shoulder off their responsibilities and said it is because of you and they cant do anything on it. i highly recommend to go to genuine apple store. the prices will be 20% high but the service will be best.

i do not recommend these modern thugs to anyone.

Customer service is crucial to customer loyalty and these guys lack it. I DO NOT recommend.

1. Bad customer service. Take it or leave it mentality.
2. They don't match their competitor's price.
3. Delivery time (1+ hours) Don't blame the address and say your driver has been lost for more than 1 hour, given there is Google maps to show you where my location is.

A very smooth and efficient with high quality of service. I made the booking to fix my IPHONE 7 plus and they were able to fixed on the same day and everythings fine.My phone feels like brand new. They were really helpful, they fixed my charging dock for free because they said it’s loose connection. These guys are amazing and really helpful. Saved my time and Money. Free pick up & delivery service is mind blowing infact you don’t need to come just call Mycelcare and get free pick up & drop off service.

Landed in Dubai 7am, got to hotel at 10am shopped around online for a repair trying to get the best price. These guys offered a reasonable price plus they had the replacement part in stock. A lot of the other repair services don't not have the parts. A courier picked up my Oneplus3 which had a smashed screen at 12pm at my hotel, 6 hours later returned completely fixed.

These guys are awesome I had second thoughts as anyone would, giving your phone away to a stranger in the desert literally!!! But having read the reviews on Google I felt comfortable. Don't hesitate these guys will help you out.
