Let me tell you a story - Imagine you arrive to the front door of your own house where you reside/live, and there is a thug rudely stopping you from entering your own house. Unacceptable, right? This is what is happening at Damac Heights Tower (Damac Residenze). Unqualified and untrained security individual(s) are being employed to do just that while refusing to identify themselves. Rudeness, arrogance and intimidation tactics far from what a resident should ever go through for forgetting an entry card, nevermind a place branded as Luxury living.
The management have either no clue of what is going on or is connivant with this menacing way of dealing with their own residents. Building Management team - if you are reading this - You should be keeping the unwanted non-residents out of the building and not the ones that actually live there. Elegantly and in a professional manner. It’s the tenants of the building who pay your job/salary. Menacing tactics that affect the wellbeing and comfort of the residents using unqualified security individuals will never be justifiable, regardless of the reasons.response / report this review -

The building is made so badly there are issues with plumbing electrics. Pool is broken half the time lifts also, I have stinking toilet, mould in the flat. Will never stay in a Damac property ever again.

This tower has seen a lot of changes to its name from 2011 when it was launched. But what has come to stay is DAMAC Heights or the DAMAC Residence. 86 storey tall, it offers a variety of 1,2,3,4 and 5 bedroom apartments. If you know the twisting tower in Marina called the Cayan tower, then you know DAMAC heights as they are side by side. And soon to be ciel hotel; the world’s tallest hotel would be completed next to this tower
