Been here a few times now for a gel mani pedi and always had an excellent experience. Always seen at my appointment time with no wait, friendly staff, brilliant results. Cannot fault them!

I am so happy that i finally found the best saloon in Dubai. Solima is so talented she coloured my hair and i love her unique technique. The keratin offer was very good too as i have a very long hair.

I enjoy coming to Mind&Sense. Super service, always friendly and very professional . Lavina does a great job such as Zana. I come here always to do waxing, eye brows treading and eye lashes extensions. And not once have I had a bad service! Thank you!

Best beauty salon and spa so far in Dubai. Peaceful environment and professional manner of servicing the customers. Affordable prices at the same time located in the heart of Downtown . Recommending it with two hands.

Awesome hair and massage services simultaneously. Super quick and efficient-The women are always laughing positive and full of humor. Lovely women and they do a great job with nails too. Highly recommend

First class service and best customer experience. Solaima is amazing I can't do my hair with anyone else, I love her work! The service here is amazing, either it's nails, wax, hair or eyebrows. The place is clean and they use latest products for everything. I love this place I consider it my comfort zone. :)

About a million things go wrong at this salon:
1. If ever you make the mistake of posting a bad review online, they blacklist you and refuse to take your appointment instead of getting in touch and trying to resolve the problem.
2. There are always 3-4 members of staff at the reception interrupting each other when a guest asks a question, showing that they are not fully competent to answer anything
3. The waiting time is very long, I have happened to wait 30 minutes after my appointment time because the therapist was not available (The appointment should not have been booked at that time in the first place!)
4. The reception staff are very rude over the phone as well as in person and make mistakes when it comes to booking appointments (consistently!)
5. The hair therapist I went to did what she wanted with my hair and not what I asked her to do, so I cancelled my second treatment with her and demanded a second therapist which was very slow (it seemed like she went to take a nap in between!). I ended up being stuck for 3 hours doing a standard roots colour which would usually take half an hour to 45 minutes.
6. I did try to contact the manager but the staff kept telling me that the only way to do so was to fill out their very basic star-rated feedback form – which, to be honest, does not serve any useful purpose according to me, because the manager never responded.
Some of the good things about this place are:
1. The deals are very worth it!
2. The salon is very spacious, allows for a lot of light
3. The massage / facial therapy rooms are nicely equipped
4. The therapists are very friendly and helpful (the ones I have tried at least)

It's such a shame that management really doesn't care about their customers. I've been a very good and regular client for long time (because some of their therapists are really good) but I got absolutely fed up with how often my bookings were either cancelled or wrongly taken. I can't even court how many times I went there and found out that they didn't book my appointment properly. The people at the reception are so incompetent it hurts. I still have ongoing packages but I'm so disgusted that I don't want to go back and I just want my money back. But despite my emails and phone calls, I still haven't heard from manager!!!
Update : They put me on a black list because of this review instead of getting in touch with me to know why I wrote this review. But at least I had a refund so I'm very happy!response / report this review -

Poonam here pathetic waste of our valuable precious time..
I reached 15 mins before my appointment and waited for almost 30 minsjust to take hair consultationfor hair keratin treatment and hair colour ..
The staff was nit able to give any satisfactory answer
