Extremely overpriced for the treatment. 350 AED for 3 mins in a cold/freezer environment. Results of recovery was not worth the price.

Excellent service, the staff is extremely pleasant, the facility is very clean and all the equipment seems brand new. I really enjoy my cryotherapy sessions there, they're quite energizing and refreshing, a great way to start the day! One thing to note is, they almost always have 50% discounts, so you might want to check for promotions before you buy a package ;)

The concept of freezing your body upto a certain temperature sounded pretty scary at first but once I tried it I was amazed by it .
