Aeon shipped a car I bought through Dubicars to Ghana. They provided excellent information and feedback throughout the process. They alerted me to when the ship would arrive. Even after the car arrived in Ghana they followed up to ensure I received the car. The car arrived without a blemish too. Kudos Aeon and especially Rayan

I’ve selected them from several companies. Everything went well, emailed them and then a personal meeting. We shipped a high-value car from Dubai to Rotterdam. I was a little excited because I didn't do this before, but the company was there to help me with everything. I would to highlight the helpfulness of Rayan, who was there to help me during the shipment basically 0-24, responding immediately to all my inquiries, and updating meg without questioning. Thank you very much for your assistance. I will choose them next time for sure.

Good overall services.
Customer services is good, they follow up all the export procedures and keep you updated throughout the process with pictures.

Imported my car from Japan with the help of Aeon Shipping.

Excellent service, fast turn-around both on quotes and actual collection of goods. The team knew of all documents that were required and were happy to assist with information on where to go to get what was required, and in which order. The team went over and above during transit to secure additional information required. The portal very helpful. Excellent service and price, will for sure be using them again. Highly Recommended.

Team were very professional and friendly, the entire move was carried out quickly and efficiently from the smallest box to dismantling a large furniture unit at the moving from to reassembling it at the new address in US, could not have asked for a better service, they made the move completely stress free.

I'm trying to have a quote to send a Motorcycle to Portugal for over three months! Always making phone calls even asked to be someone else to handle the matter and nothing. I asked for a quote on VINOD this week and I already received it! Good job guys!

This company is fraudulent. Do not ship with them. We have paid for an insurance on two vehicles being shipped to Canada. They made us take down our older reviews with promises of follow up with compensation. Here we are 6 months later and they are avoiding any contact with us. Soon however, I will be sending a loyar and speaking with people who have the power to help me in dubai. Aeon shipping will regret this

We sent two cars to Canada from Dubai with insurance. We paid the extra for nothing, months later and they haven't even gotten back to us about our claim for the damages!

I was moving from the UAE to the US and was looking for a reliable company to move my things safely and efficiently. Unfortunately I chose to go with AEON, which was a huge mistake. I was told that the shipment would arrive with 5-6 weeks of when it was picked up, which I thought was reasonable, considering the distance. It has now been 5 weeks and I've come to find out that my shipment hasn't even left DUBAI YET. I am currently stuck in my new apartment with no furniture, limited clothing and personal items for what seems to be several months. This company is unprofessional, has poor communication, and once they have your money they will do whatever they want. I would strongly recommend to anyone looking for relocation services to NOT use Aeon. I thought by paying a premium I would be getting more efficient and professional services, and I was very wrong.

I was relocating to Germany and decided to go with Aeon shipping after I looked at reviews and information about them. The people that picked up my stuff were excellent, efficient, courteous, and easy to work with. The delivery itself was fine. They were quick and efficient. They did a good job.

The reason behind revising this comment to supersede my earlier one, that M/s Aeon Shipping has somehow fixed the error & has compensated me, partially, the damages occurred to my items. Also, I must appreciate their efforts, trying their best locating the missing box. I must admit that though their insurance company didn't compensate the lost/ damaged items but M/s Aeon has covered this part from their own account, which was a very impressive to show good will from their end. looking at their very affordable rates compared to other shipping companies, I may seek M/s Aeon services again, but this time I must prepare the inventory and box labeling by myself.

NEVER AGAIN! THIS A JOKE!
I shipped my car last year with another Company from Dubai to Europe without any trouble. I only choose AEON as their Internet presence looks genuine and the price was lower comparing to the company I sent the car last year. And this was my biggest mistake I’ve done…
…Now I became to learn, why the price was lower. The price DID NOT include all charges, which I've in particular requested. Beside that the charges at destination were very high and I only were allowed to use the Agent from Aeon Shipping. After I finally received my car, I was shocked. I had scratches and damages all over the car. The leather was dirty (I have white leather) and the car smelled horrible. After approaching them for my insurance I covered with them, they simple didn't know me anymore. They left me alone with my damages and forced me to settle the full payment before I was even allowed to see my car in the first place. I wouldn’t have paid a single Penny.
So I've visited them myself and they don't even have an office just a very small warehouse with a capacity of max. 5 Cars and 2 people sitting outside ON THE MOTORHOOD of another car, while loading it inside a container. Damn I should have visited them before, that was my fault. Up to today I did not receive any compensation nor were they available for any comment.
In Conclusion, this Company has only some Indians, who don’t know what they are doing and pretend they are Carshippers in the internet. My Car was 6 Weeks longer on the way as the last car is shipped. The shipping costs were much higher and I’ve almost brought my car to the scrapyard.
Please Folks be aware of this Fraud business! NEVER NEVER USE AEON SHIPPING!response / report this review -
