The packing crew is excellent, however, logistics below standard. Move was delayed for 1 hour, 30 min. due to truck delay. Despite confirmation of a closed truck, an open one was sent. The lack of communication was already visible one day prior when inquiry of location and other info was made despite all was sent to company in timely manner. Operations Manager hung up phone on the client without solving the issue. The disregard and disrespect is appalling.
