Secure and well maintained gated community. Perfect for families to reside, closer to yas mall with well maintained gym, swimming pool and jogging tracks. Situated away from city traffic and road noise makes it for a quiet and peaceful place to live.
One of the best places to live. The Villas there are amazing. You can find the size of the villa you looking for. From studio to 4 bedrooms with living room. There's a securitys every where their. There is a shopping area with restaurants and all other needs. Car wash, photography, clinic and laundry.
I lived here for almost a year. I love this place already. Lots of outdoor space to walk and go for a run. There’s also a free gym and swimming pool. And there are three mosques in the area, two small ones and one big one. The big mosque had free parking. There is also free parking and residential parking.
Nice and open place fir family. Cheap rental
The best place for living 🇦🇪💕
This is one of the best communities in Abu Dhabi. Rents are low right now so hurry. Lots of vacant apartments.
Gotta admit if you wanna stay in some luxury and quite nice place to stay this is the place you wanna come to, it has its shopping mall and other shops in the middle of whole area and also access to transportation and not far from Ferrari world much, just the perfect place if you wanna stay.
Amaizing family community but far away from the city.
Nice neighborhood, with infrastructure and services like bank, pharmacy and supermarket. Downside is that playgrounds are constructed with weak material and there are too much dog's poo in it. :(
I think Al Reef is the largest gated housing compound in Abu Dhabi. It is quite far out of town and targets the mid-range expat market. It's not really luxurous but by virtue of its size and the green landscaping it is a popular and pleasant place to live. I think by Dubai standards it is dissapointing but in Abu Dhabi there is not much competition in terms of modestly priced compounds with facilities and landscaping.
Great place to live. Excellent facilities. Poor management. Unresponsive to requests. My apartment windows have not been cleaned in over a year. Abandoned cars and trailers in car parks not removed. Could be 5* if the management changed

Lived here for 2 years.
Very close to the airport.
A bit too far from the city.
Maintenance of public areas could be better.
Nice friendly compound.
Issues with teenagers. Villas overpriced for the quality
A relatively new development with a good mix of apartments and villas near Abu Dhabi. International Airport. If you work nearby, it is a great place. The prices are affordable and the neighborhood it's served by supermarkets, and coffee shops located at the heart of the city. The quality of the facilities is quite adequate but you can certainly find better. Be aware that you might face some congestion during rush hours but nothing too serious. In the coming months/ years, new developments can be expected. Parking space is mostly available but you can sometimes search for several minutes. It is worth mentioning that despite it's closeness to the airport it it's not really affected by the planes noise.
Good place to live and quiet, and it have everything from supermarket, restaurants, Internet cafe and laundry.
Nice community for families with kids. It has a mix of apartments and townhouses.
Great place for families. Community always actively jogging or walking. Friendly faces everywhere.
Far away from any shops hospital a proper supermarket
These villas are very peacefull here place is separated from city very beautiful place
A very quiet area. Great for young families as their are plenty of play areas for the children. A nice community with a shopping area in the downtown region.
Great place to live in .. really nice for family .. very calm and has almost what u need .. u need a car
Home is where the heart is and I definitely feel at home here. I am very happy to live in a residential area with parking facilities, restaurant, shopping facilities and with inclusion of playground and swimming pool for allowing my son having some outdoor activities in the area. Great place to stay!
The villas are decent, but the apartments are falling into disrepair. For a place with lots of families people drive very poorly, be careful when crossing streets (even in crosswalks). There are some stores, but not many. Would NOT recommend the apartments, only the villas.
The Palm villa 🏡 One of the beautiful villas in Abu Dhabi. There are several mosques nearby this villas and have a big shopping center available inside this villas.
Good venue for residence and extremely close to the airport as well as surroundings such as Yas Mall and Yas Island.
Slightly above the average rental price but definitely more value for money than in the city.
This is an amazing complex and far from the noises and traffic of the city. It would be great if they improve the main entrance to the project, and its a plus if you live near the other entrance to avoid traffic
Nice family complex with villas and apartments. Greatly let down however by greedy facilities management and unprofessional developers
One of the best compounds in Abu Dhabi, opposite to the airport you can see the runway and plane as well, you will have a nice view for planes takes off and land.
Huge place, lot of green areas, summing pools, Gem all free.
Small shopping area, and food court, some of them didn't open yet.
No banks, only few ATM machines.
No business center.
But the place all over is very clean, nice, quite, safe, guards is around all time.
