Dr Deiter is phenomenal! His approach with the dogs and the effort he makes with them, together with really sound advice, open minded approach and patience in answering all questionshe's the best and we wouldn't dream of going anywhere else. Also very happy with the groomer at Blue oasis, Ikram, who is a very happy hard working person, genuinely cares about dogshe gave my dogs the best groom ever! they are shining from top to bottom (literally :))

I got both my dogs neutered from these guys. I am very happy with the their service as both my boys came back with the high energy levels and happy. It appeared that were back from a happy picnic.

One of them had a recurring Urinary track infection and i had spent quite a lot with other vets in trying to figure out the issue. Thanks to Dr Dieter, Dr Sandy and BOVC team for identifying the root cause and solving the issue.

If u have tried other vets and still got recurring issues i would strongly recommend them. The care is more personal and service is very professional. The instructions for care after surgery were crystal clear.

They r open even on weekends.

I cannot express my thanks to Dr Magdalena Lisinska who showed my do care and love as well as medical excellence.
She dealt with my worry and made me feel like we were her only patients.
I like the way the receptions staff know me and my dog by name too and how all the assistants stop to stroke him on passing.
Also when a dog with a contagious sickness came in the whole place was disinfected and we were told to wait in another room until this was done, hygiene is of paramount importance.
I am being relocated, I wish I could take the staff to Geneva!

Blue Oasis are the most compassionate, caring & generous team from the front desk, the vets and to the helpers. I have used them for relocation, treatment & boarding and every time they have been absolutely incredible. I love my cat the most and Blue Oasis have been so amazing with him and I always know that they will always ensure the best. So blessed to have such a wonderful team for my sweet little buddy.

Highly recommended vet clinic! Dr.'s and staffs especially receptionists,everyone is professional to deal with and are really sweet,friendly and approachable.Everything is in order.They taking good care of every animals and clients.Try to visit Blue Oasis and you will feel and experience their motto "We Care More". Being a mother of all my furry pets I am always worried with regards of their health,it's really hard for me to find a very good at the same time a reliable veterinarian.I just found Blue Oasis Veterinary Clinic recently,I had visited the clinic for few times already and I am well satisfied,happy,contented and amazed with their professionalism specially for taking care of my pets.I tried all of their doctors and all of them are the BEST!All of their staffs are very accommodating and very professional.Receptionist are very friendly,sweet,very accommodating and helpful.Their nurses are very professional by handling pets and always willing to help specially if I need help to carry my pets to my car.The clinic itself is big than the other vets that I had visited already,the atmosphere is really a good vibes!All I can say is it's a full package for me.I am very grateful to found this veterinary clinic which is I am searching for a long time.The best clinic ever!!!Highly recommended!!This will gonna be my health care provider for my pets forever.Thank you very much Blue Oasis Veterinary Clinic!

Professional & skilled staffs. They took good care of our 2 cats. The price is very reasonable compared to other clinics specially with the surgical procedure (spay/neuter). The nurses & all the receptionist are so friendly and helpful, plus they have a really nice coffee & hot chocolate for free! :)

The best clinic ever, I highly recommend this clinic, to anyone who is looking to keep their pet/pets healthy and safe. All the staff are very friendly, professional, caring, knowledgeable. Reasonably priced too, affordable compared with other vets!!! Excellent service!

These people look at the animals like MONEY. They do not refer any of them to any other clinic just to keep money for themselves.
They butchered my dog, Menahi , who was there for a simple surgery. They invited a doctor to come from Italy to do the surgery and then they denied to the municipality that they did such thing because obviously it is illegal to do any kind of surgery without permission ( and I was not aware of that). They do not have enough knowledge to care for the animals.
After the surgery my dog was in so much pain that he robbed his eyes on the cage he was in and as a result he got ulcer in both eyes but Dr.Sabine called me and told me your dog was stupid and he robbed his eyes on the cage the whole night!!! Really? You are stupid Dr. Sabine not my dog. You gave gallery pills to my dog when I said he cannot go up the stairs instead of checking his back!!!
I pray to God and I wish you all go to the SAME PAIN and SUFFERING you made my dog go through. There is God. I believe in that and I am sure I will get justice for my dog.
Dr. Wolf do not write in here that you do not have such patient in your clinic. I will post all the document about it.
You do not deserve even one star for the review. You are so cold hearted people and do not care about the pets. I am so sorry I trusted you guys to treat my beloved pet. I paid a high price for that.

Great first impression. I brought my 2 cats for a possible flu virus I will have to follow a 10 day treatment and will update regarding that. But I liked how the Dr. took his time while checking them up, he was in no rush and very caring. The prices for the medicine seemed reasonable. And the waiting area was great with a coffee machine and magazines.

ZERO Costumer Service!
Never take your pets there!
It's all about money!! Even words they charge you!

This afternoon I took my two cats to Blue Oasis Veterinary Clinic in DIP, Doctor Vet checked one of my cats only and the other cat I was advised not to go further in consultation as she as extremely scared and stressed. Without me asking anything doctor kept explaining how to deal with cats, how to handle cats etc as she is graduated in cat behaviour. All this by her good doctor duty. At the end when I came to pay they wanted to charge me for two cat consultation fees. I have been told because I was in vet doctor Sigrun Hackl room for more than 15 minutes as she was telling me all about how amazing she is with cats and cats behaviour that I didn't ask her about! Dr Sigrun decided to charge me for 2 cats consultation fees being only one cat was physically checked. At no time I have been informed that I would have to pay for a consultation that didn't happen, she was verbally pointing her professional points of view without me asking her. During this time I ask few questions as she showed so much interaction over my cat's behaviour.

I tried to speak with the owner of the clinic regarding this issue he treated me with sarcasm, Even when I said I have taken my cats to Nad Al Sheba Veterinary hospital he told me " why haven't u taken your cats there today".

I just paid my bill and left!

I do feel mistreated, I went there to get medical help for my pets, I got poor costumer service, I was treated without respect!

I had to pay for a service not received! I didn't ask for doctors 30 minutes briefing

In how knowledgeable she is! The few questions I asked didn't take all this time.

Money is not all about, respect is the key!

Dr Wolf! What a joke!! zero respect towards clients!

A huge thank you from Lars and Andrea, to the team at Blue Oasis for restoring Abbey after her fall down 5 flights. We didn't expect her to live, let alone be restored to full health. A special thank you to Dr Rui for doing such a wonderful job to put Abbey's eye back into her socket. We so happy Abbey is still alive and with us, thanks to the life-saving work of a special team of vets at Blue Oasis. Friendly and very informative staff. Thank you so much :)

After using this vets since fostering and then adopting a cat, I really don't want to go back. They have always treated my cat well and I was pleased with their service. However, after being persuaded to foster a kitten and told that of it didn't work out we could return him, when that unfortunately happened I was approached and spoken to in a way that left me in tears and never wanting to see that particular vet again. Not only did she humiliate and upset me, she did it in front of the receptionists and 2 customers. Horrible woman. I felt bad enough as it was. Needless to say I am looking for a new vet.

I'm not normally one at all to post reviews of services but after reading the below reviews felt I needed to add my positive experience so anyone in doubt about a vet clinic in Dubai will hopefully give Blue Oasis a look in as they are fantastic.
Ever since landing in Dubai they have taken superb care of our Blue Heeler Jess.
We are currently dealing with a severe eye injury and the care and professionalism is above and beyond what I experienced back home.
Its a long and complicated process and they make sure to answer any and all questions, no matter how long it takes, if I have any slight concerns it is no issue to send a photo in and have the vet review it.
All the vets, nurses and reception staff have been absolutely amazing and I (and Jess) can't thank them enough.
To anyone who is wondering to give them a go after reading the negative reviews below, I say to ignore them. Your pets and yourself could not be in any better hands in Dubai.
