It was a super good experience. The pick up was on time, Mr. Mohamad Abbas, was exceptional with the Hospitality. Mr. Yoshi our pilot for the hot air balloon was so good! Such experienced members in the crew! It was safe and a very happy experience altogether! Thank you platinum heritage and balloon travels!

What an experience
I would recommend d anyone that would like to have a taste of local culture. However, the desert drive experience could be little longer. Would like to spend more time on sand and heat. The evening dinner and entertainment was one of a kind. Brilliant. Thank you for the experience and the local knowledge about area and culture.

A camel ride is a ‘must do’ and there are other companies also offering the service and some cheaper - but this one is absolutely worth every penny and pick this one instead! What sets Platinum Heritage apart is you get a true cultural experience. In addition to the ride, they show you how they make bread and coffee and offer henna tattoos. The food was all very well described and absolutely delicious! You will leave stuffed and with amazing memories!

We loved the whole thing form beginning till the end. Highlight are video/photos at the end, which I think are done in great way. Absolutely loved the ride in cranky old Land Rovers. Zoltan, our guide was great and the guys at the camp as well. We have done desert safaris before but this is on the another level completely. Our kids loved water bottles and camel rides.

I think you have unique experience here that deserves all praises.

What a wonderful experience it was! Our tour guide; Dominik was engaging and bubbly. My family and I truly enjoyed the Land Rover ride, the falcon show, the sparkling date drink (LOVE THIS) and the dinner layout was amazing. The food was spectacular! They ended the night with a star gazing session and it was beautiful

My husband and I had a great time at this tour. Everything was very smooth and you could tell they spend a lot of time putting the details together. The desert is breathtaking, the food is great, shisha was fun, and we met a lot of cool people. Highly recommend!

I can honestly say that this is the best tour I have been on anywhere in the world! Excellent value for the money, and Islam, our guide, driver and astronomer was thoroughly knowledgable about the tour and that made it even better. A truly wonderful experience! This is the right choice if you are looking for a more personal experience! Our guide Mohamad Atef was excellent! Informative, fun & charming! The tour was just the right pace, the classic Land Rovers were cool, the activities a joy to participate in (falcon demonstration, henna tattoo, drumming) and the food was delicious!

Our safari with Platinum Heritage was superb! Our driver Brandon, was excellent. Friendly, fun, and very professional. The transport was outstanding, from van, to jeep, to camel! The food was excellent too. The entire experience was excellent from beginning to end. Great opportunity to ride a camel, drink camel milk, eat camel meat and hug a camel. Very professional company. Just do it!

I was lucky enough to be a solo adventurer today.Such hospitalité and informed staff (Samid and Esmerie).An expert falconiste showed 4 differing birds. Saw a desert fish lizard, oryx family, delicate gazelles and camels.Didn't expect the camel ride but even they were polite! And Samid told me about life in Dubai as we drove to and fro.Magic.

My whole family, including myself were unsure about this excursion as , I suppose we could not really imagine what we would do in the desert? This turned out to be a highlight of our two week holiday. Sam, was a great driver and guide and we all had great fun. Had no idea how beautiful the desert is! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

Amazing experience. We took the Camel Safari tour and all was exquisite. Pick up from the hotel on time, very friendly driver and guide who offered us nice information about UAE, Dubai and all the places we passed by on the way to the desert.
And once we got to the desert, the experience became even better. The 45 minutes camel ride was excellent, you can really get into the story of the bedouins. And after the ride, the dinner at the camp was again great. Excellent food selection, excellent service, friendly staff. Everything you can wish for. If you ever have the chance to book a desert tour with Platinum Heritage, do not hesitate. You will not regret it.

My husband and I did this yesterday for our honeymoon and it was hands down one of the best experiences we've had. Some of the stuff is a little kitchy but still had a great time. We did the Platinum Heritage which I highly recommend as it is more intimate and has a luxury twist. The food was delicious, the ambiance was great and the best part was our guide Paulo. He picked us up from the resort, he was courteous, thoughtful and knowledgeable. He went above and beyond to ensure we had the best experience and he made it go from great to exceptional. Thank you all for making our honeymoon amazing.

Booked a fatbike tour and wow what a great trip. After getting picked up and transported to the desert wildlife reservation, we hopped up on the bikes and started bashing dunes. Awesome. A bit of a breakfast break out in the desert, and then more biking. I can definitely recommend this experience. I promised our two filipino guides Paolo and Erickson that I would write a good review, but in all fairness they did a great job and they deserve high praise! This experience was worth the money for sure.

The best desert safari in Dubai! I've have known about this coming for many years as have read about them and seen them in the media taking celebrities on desert safaris and when me and my mates did finally go it didn't disappoint. From the moment when our guide, Ibrahim, picked us up from our home to the time he dropped us off in the night, we experienced first class service and were treated like celebrities. The attention to detail that the company provides is second to none. On the way Ibrahim spoke to us about the schedule of the day and gave us the history about Dubai and the UAE. Once we got there we changed jeeps. Ibrahim drove a 1950s Land Rover and it was a beautiful jeep. During the drive, Ibrahim spoke about nature and the wildlife which we happened to see. We then went to the camp to be given a tour of how our food was prepared and the historical elements to it. We did so much more but don't want to write an essay. You get what you pay for in life and this desert safari is more expensive than the others but it's for a reason. Highly recommended.
