  While my visit to dubai , cosmos arranged all tours and pick up, visa , air ticket etc.. all done with nominal charges. Ms Swikriti Rai arranged all.

  I would not advice this travel agency because of operator so rude and when I came he told me I should bring only passport and payment+deposit, but when I came next day not only passport, he asks picture, guarantee person and her/his passport, visa copies. Unbelievable. He told me visa process will take a 5 to 7 working days. I just left space and I got that visa only into 2 days no deposit no guarantee person. I was interesting Long term 3 months single visa.

  They never respond once u pay the money. Neither do they update,u keep calling. Don't waste ur time and money. till now no visa and they are asking me to confirm on tkt without giving me any copy of visa. Worst service. Cozmo business bay
