Good place to drink alcohol. Not cozy, TV with sports on it and can handle big groups of people. Friendly staff

We booked the private room. The room was very nice, however we had to control the music from outside and also we had to go to the bar to get our own drinks. Overall we had good fun.

My husband and I would like to move into this bar and grill .Four different sporting events on different screens is amazing .The food was delicious and service was second to none.

This is now my favourite joint in Abu Dhabi. The "Blu Sky Lounge & Grill" at Southern Sun hotel on Al Mina road, on the way to Mina Port. I have been there so many times and I can assure you that you will like the ambinece of this place. It's a sports bar & lounge at the same time. They have big LED screens all around the wall and you will never miss one of those important foootball matches, even if there are 5 of the going on at the same time. We usually go for Stella pints as they have happy hour deals on them till 12AM (what more could you ask). The food I would say is something I won't talk about much. I have tried their fish n' chips (average) and buffallo wings (very dry). Oh but, if you are an Indian and you prefer something chilly, then please ask the Indian chef there to make for your "egg burji" (Scrambled eggs India style), they will serve egg burj with kubboos and its amazing (you won't see it on the menu). They have a resident DJ playing soft tunes, some light beats, techno stuff but not too loud, which is very much a thing I favour (now that my clubbing days are over.. LOL). Good place to go if you are a foorball fan, or to have few drinks with friends or family in a very nice atmosphere.

My favourite sports bar in Abu dhabi.
Great selection of beers, tv's and seats. The food isn't bad but staff are attentive and great fun.
They also now have a great loyalty card which I recommend.
I go at least once a week for the sport and always leave like I have had good value. Definitely recommended.response / report this review -

Great pub quiz night with reasonably priced drinks. The service is great. My main gripe would be the smoke. Get the smokers out of there for goodness sake. So few people smoke. Spoilt it for everyone else. Awful. Failing that, get the air out of there.
